My local go to. The staff aren't just cashiers, they really know car stuff and are happy to share their knowledge. On this particular visit, actually had an associate talk me out of the product I chose, and suggested a more cost effective (cheaper) solution to my car problem. They appear to prefer long term customer loyalty and return business than a quick sale. That's cool.

Great service! I bought a ratchet adapter going from 3/4" drive to 1/2" drive. I torqued it pretty seriously and broke it. I took it back and explained how I was using it and they still gave me my money back!
Bought a replacement and they helped me find the items I needed. They go all out to help a person. NAPA has been one of my favorite stores and this experience has re-enforced that.
