Bare bones store. Just the basics. Gas prices are always higher than average. Try Huck's instead.

They have updated the pumps... having said that, the gas is horribly slow from the pump. Have been there 3 times since they have changed them 2/3 times they were ssssllllloooowwwwww.

I’ve been in this store twice in the last weeks. Not all the fountain drinks were operational my first visit.
Today I filled-up with gasoline and then went in for fountain drink. The cashier didn’t appreciate having to give me change from a $5 bill for a $1.98 purchase! She gave me a face and then dug out coins and bills and handed me my change. When I got home and removed change from my pocket, she’d given me 9-dimes. She shorted me $.08. Had she asked or said something about her drawer being short, I’d have gladly agreed to taking the loss, but I don’t approve of being cheated! This was on 03/11/2023 09:04 am CST at the Marathon Sunrise Castle #836, Newburgh, IN location.

Cashier (older lady, gray/black hair) told me she HAD to card me for Vuse pods. I'm 42 years old, with grays of my own and visible wrinkles. She told me she HAS to card anyone who looks under 65, after I watched her not card the 2 men in front of me buying alcohol and lottery ticket who I wouldn't have pegged as 65 years old. Absolutely hypocritical and ridiculous. Will not come in here again.

There are no laws stating that shoes have to be worn in a public place, it is considered discrimination... it was not posted and I wasnt going anywhere but the register, the lady started yelling at me about it. I was okay with leaving out of respect for her but I didnt need to be spoke to like that. I will not be back i was publicly humiliated for something that is not in your policy, indiana state laws, or posted on the door.
