Ann, Rick, Justin, they are amazing! Every time I go in, they all radiate positive energy! Smile, always having positive conversations! It's more like a family! And they are so helpful! They make it so easy for you! The best store! And tell them to have the best day ever!

This Location is Amazing, the people work endlessly, one person walks out 3 walk-in.. extremely Helpful, kind Always, Know what they are doing , so Fast through the transaction, minimal wait time . Thank you UPS employees.

I can understand that experiences are different for everyone, sorry to know of bad ones. That said the numerous times i have been to this location i have found people who were very helpful, accommodating, very pleasant and efficient. All there work together and are assets to the customers who need extra help.

EXCELLENT! The reviews were right. The young lady at the counter was friendly, smiling and she knew what to do ( I wasn't sure) I had to return 2 large Amazon boxes. Unlike dropping it off unpacked, I had to pack it myself and bring it to a UPS STORE ONLY. I wasn't sure if I had packed it right and I didn't print out the labels. She had the labels printed within minutes and I was out the door. with a smile on my face, Thank you for making this experience easy and non stressful.

These folks are the best! I needed some slightly complicated labels printed and important documents sent. They helped me so efficiently and kindly, all while the store was quite busy 🙌

Thank you to the awesome staff that was working last Tuesday 4/4 in the afternoon. I was shipping stuff home so I didn’t have to pay luggage fees at the airport. I ship from UPS all the time instead of paying the expensive baggage fees. On this occasion I thought let’s bag it instead of a box! The staff quickly started helping me package my stuff as small and light as possible to cut costs. All in all a very positive experience and thank you to both staff members.

Shout out to Anne the notary a pleasant Manager and very helpful, the store was crowded but was in and out in about 6 minutes.
