I'm so tired of these oxygen companies who are placing you on hold for 20 minutes, not locating your order after all that.

Do your homework before going with the company your doctor placed the order with. Look at their reviews. I've been on oxygen for some years now with 2 separate companies. The issues I've had could fill a book. You can pick a different company other that the one you were placed with and if you've read any of this, you'll do just that. The last machine they delivered to me didn't work right. They came out, looked at it, said it was fine. IT'S 17 YEARS OLD. My oxygen fell to 54. Vomiting occurred. How "fine" was this machine after I even spent 500 bucks on another battery.

Wish I knew when they started me on oxygen what I know now. Don't make the same mistake. Get with a great company. Your breathing depends on it.

What a great experience getting to work with Level 1 Medical Products! When my grandmother came up from Florida for a visit, I had the pleasure of working with Steve who was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough in helping me to get her set up with everything that she would need for a comfortable visit. Even during her visit, she made the request of having additional supplies rented and Steve came out over the week to accommodate her added requests. We were very impressed and pleased with the personable service offered with this company! I would highly recommend Steve and Level 1 Medical Products to anyone looking for a quick, caring, compassionate and professional experience!

Steve went over and beyond to help my Dad. Power went out and we only had a oxygen mobile machine that lasts a few hours. Power wasn't coming back for 24 hours. Dad refused to leave. Steve went out of his way to provide us with a new charged battery. So he would not go without. AMAZING to have this kind of personal care. Steve is a compassionate wonderful individual and we owe him. If you need medical supplies, come here.

Steve came to my house to give me information on a chair lift. Was very informative and gave me several choices. I picked one and he and his installer came and installed the chair lift. They are both easy to talk to and really know what they are doing

They offer excellent service. Steve answers the phone and responds to my emails immediately. My oxygen concentrator was new and when it developed a problem several months later, Steve replaced it within an hour.

To say that Steve went above and beyond is an understatement, he has helped my Mom with getting the the right equipment and she feels like life is becoming normal again.
Steve explained everything, communicated well, installed everything and showed us how everything works.

Suddenly came upon a need to replace a stair lift for mom. Current lift had no support and stopped functioning. It was essential to get a stair lift that was not only functional but had 24 hour support. Found Level 1 Medical Products and after explaining my predicament they worked quickly to ... Order and install an excellent stair lift, better than the original, ordered it quickly since mom was having difficulties, and they provide 24 hour support with just a phone call. Awesome.

Service and helpfulness were the best! My mother had a problem with her oxygen concentrator while visiting us. We called him on Friday night and he came by first thing on Saturday mornign to replace it. He was great. Thanks so much.

Very personnel service. Their service is second to none. Delivered to my home on time as promised. The oxygen equipment were both new, and of the newest technology. Steve explained everything to me in detail, and gave me a full demonstration.
