Really helpful staff. This one guy with long hair near the dressing rooms knows a lot about pants sizing and the different Levi's jeans models. Really nice discounts too 👀

My review is overdue, I came to buy a pair of jeans and ended up leaving with 4 pairs thanks to Lindsey. She looked on the rack with me, called another staff to check the back and than proceeded to look online. Normally, if I don't see what I want I just leave. That's what I call going above and beyond. I just wanted to say thank you and keep up the great customer service Lindsey.

The whole staff is awesome. You want quality product? Jeans that will simply fit in this ever changing world of fashion? Levis, in my opinion has been satisfying since 1873.

I tried on pants and wasn't sure what size I was, so I tried on two different sizes, picked one bought it went home. When I got home I realized I bought them one size too big. I went back the next day and exchanged them without issue, I had my receipt, no problem. What impressed me was what happened after, I left the store and found out at a gas station that I left my purse somewhere. I was devastated, my husband called the mall, no luck then I remembered the Levi store. They said they found it, so I had to go all the way back. But not only did they keep my purse safe but also asked me for proof of ID , which made me feel better about how they handle these situations, instead of just handing it to anyone. I checked and made sure everything was there and everything was there including the cash, my cards and my cell phone. I cant thank them enough, the employees were not only friendly and polite but made me have faith in the integrity of the type of people they hire. I was already a Levi jeans fan, but I am now a customer for life!

I was in need of some jeans I knew Levi's would not disappoint. Their selection is very extensive so I usually go mentally prepared to try on 5 to 10 pairs before I make a concrete decision. Overall my experience was great very helpful staff from the front to the back in the dressing room area, kudos! A+ I will be returning when I'm in need in the near or far future. The staff went over and above to help me with my search for a new pair of jeans that looked good and fit awesome! Tara and Vivian made me feel at home and are now my newest clothing consultants! Not to mention they shared their fresh huge strawberries with me! I found the perfect pair of jeans on sale and then they gave me an additional 30 percent off so I only spent 13.98 for my new Levis! Awesomeness at its best from this store! Update as of October 5 2018: I had several very good shopping experiences at this store up until this original review and when trying to make additional purchases was treated very poorly by the same employee Roberto on several occasions and over the phone as well while checking to see if my items had been delivered to the store. He made me so uncomforatable that I haven't set foot in this store in over a month and I refuse to purchase any additional items until this employee is gone! Very unsatifactory customer service by a lazy non trained employee!

This was my first time here. I really like the store because I love levis. The staff was very alert and atentive. They had all of the sizes and lengths we were looking for, which is rare in other stores that sell their jeans. I will be coming here for future purchases instead of going elsewhere.

It's one of the few stores in Franklin Mills that is always neat and in order. It's so easy to find your size and the staff are extremely helpful.
