I would put -5 starts if I could.
I ordered from this website only one time and I will never be ordering ever again from them.
1. They state that the wax they sell is the original from the manufacturer, the same name, same pictures, same description BUT it is a cheap and terrible copy of the original product. I ordered a wax that I was ordering from the original seller for 2 years and I loved it. Unfortunately it was sold out on their website, and I found premiumvials website with the same wax. The shipping took a week, which is okay but once I ordered this wax I was very disappointed. The wax was yellow ( the original wax has almost white color) and had different scent. I tried to make few candles but the quality was terrible, color was disgusting.
2. I contacted the customer service because I really know how this wax supposed to look like and work. But the customer service was TERRIBLE. They said that I can’t expect to get the same wax if I order not from original seller. Also they admitted that this wax is not the same but they did nothing about it, they didn’t care.
Please NEVER ORDER OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. You’ll spend your money for very bed quality products which are only copies of the original ones.
