Love this store the manager(Sarah) is amazing and gives it her all when helping me. she worked for two whole weeks to help me get approved for the acp program!!. She was very kind and knowledgeable when helping me set up my phone even forgot my password opps…. I will definitely tell my friends and family to come to this location!!

I went to change my granddaughters phone. Neither she or I am proficient at such. Devyn was knowledgeable and patient. She stayed almost an hour over past closing time to make sure it was working properly. Thank you very much.

So I came up yesterday devyn helped me out we ran into a snag she was very professional and was doing everything she can do with what she had available so we stopped it and I came back today we got it to work it was fast and easy and will come back to this store besides the emporia store which apparently don’t care about people or anything at all so anywho upper management I believe she definitely deserves a raise she is the best image that your company needs you treat that employee right and you will see that in return but this shouldn’t go unnoticed I highly recommend you stop in and see her
