Better than expected.

I often visit this place when I am visiting with my sister. I purchased a Tonka truck 12 volt vehicle with a couple of other items. When I looked at my receipt upon return to my sisters house I had been charged over 20.00 dollars because I used my debit card. I went back to the store to make my complaint and all they offered was sorry. There was nothing posted about this anywhere. This is so wrong. If I had known this prior to my purchase I would have paid with cash. I called back to speak with a manager and have heard nothing. Conveniently they now have it posted. The bank charges 3% but they charged 10%. What a rip off. Buyers beware.

This place was okay. Had some really good deals. An then on the other hand they wasn't so good. The younge worker in the front didn't give us back our change and we had to ask for it. Also the lady in there putting stuff up didn't move over for us or say nothing to us. So definitely could have better workers. An the prices ain't that bad either.

I was curious about this place so I stopped in to see what it was about. The store was clean and well organized, didn't notice anything that looked much like a bargain however the posted prices appeared to be lower than regular price. I'm very price conscious so unless I see a big difference in price I don't consider it a bargain. It's definitely worth a stop and see but it's just not for me.

UPDATE #2. All pictures removed. Store hours have changed again... A bit disappointed since we came and sat waiting last week and no one came to open the store. It's a great store once you can get in. Owners are nice as well as the staff. They don't open until 1pm now on Sundays, close at 6pm. The rest of the week is 11am to 7pm. Dropped the star rating to 3 due to our previous trip and didn't even get to go in. Stay tuned....
UPDATE... Apparently they no longer want anyone coming into the store and taking pictures nor video. So I have removed all photos from this review with the exception of one... Disappoined.... also lowered the store to 4 star in light of this issue. Hopefully I haven't offended anyone or caused any issues.

Except for craft ribbon, I really didnsee any huge bargains. I will check on off and on. Go...they might have something for you.

My aunt stopped by this location yesterday and found a standing window ac that is supposed to come with the window kit to install it as well as a remote control. The lady at the store informed my aunt that the item was brand new and had only been opened once and that everything would be in the box. Got it home and the only thing in the box was the AC and a few pieces of plastic for the window. No hose to connect the window kit with and no remote, not even instructions. Seems to me this store is filled with over priced, half together items and liars for employees. Wont be getting our business anymore.
