It astonishes me how kind, friendly, and helpful the pharmacy staff is here. I recently moved and got new insurance so it has been a pain sorting out all my prescriptions. Every time I call (which has been a lot), they are so friendly and patient with me, especially David. This walgreens definitely feels like a small business pharmacy, they remember your name and prior conversations. It is so refreshing to call and not have to re-explain a frustrating situation with my medications. Thank you for everything!! I never wait long either. For comments about wait times and staff, pharmacies are one of the most understaffed and undervalued components of our healthcare- try having some patience :-) we are all trying to make it through!

It's my go-to pharmacy for my meds as well as snacks, toiletries, cosmetics, groceries, wtc.. employees are always so friendly and humble.

Store was clean and organized. They have some good deals. Short wait for.my prescription. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Clean and orderly set-up and polite employees, but the pharmacy is WAY TOO SLOW. Hire more people to serve the line that forms and improve efficiency & service. A customer who needs to pick up a prescription too often has to waste too much time in line while a person first in line dialogues at length with an employee behind the glass about some situation while the rest of us stand and wait. Expand, enlarge or organize better.

Pharmacy hours are inconvenient -- closed Saturday and Sunday.
Monday- Friday - pharmacy closed for lunch break 1:30-2:00 PM

Pharmacy service is the worst. I was sent an email regarding an upcoming prescription to be automatically filled and 10 days later, no prescription and when I call, after being on hold for a long time it still wasn't filled. I can't believe that I left CVS for Walgreens, BIG MISTAKE!! I am now having future scripts sent to CVS. The line is ridiculous too. I have spent up to 10 minutes in line. I am sending an email to corporate to file a complaint. You guys have to do better

This pharmacy (Walgreens Bloomfield location)
has problems. Unable to fill a prescription that was called in the AM. Called pharmacy at 430pm and still not filled. This is totally unacceptable.

Why is no one wearing masks?!?! None of the pharmacy staff were wearing masks and the pharmacist is not wearing one while administering a Covid booster shot! 🤬🤬
