Sunoco Gas Station

My wife was traveling from VT to our home in Pittsburgh and stopped to get gas and use the rest room.

Unfortunately when she was washing her hands her wedding ring slipped off her finger and went down the drain. There was no way she could retrieve it and even the attendant didn't have any solution. Having no choice but to continue her trip she drove off and had to accept the loss.

I contacted the owner the very next day and he had a plumber dismantle the drain pipes and was able to retrieve the ring.
I can't tell you how much this meant to my wife and I ... We were overjoyed !
The owner has mailed back to us and should arrive Friday.

A huge thanks to the owner for going the extra mile to help us with this.
I would like to recommend an award be given to the owner for his part in taking the time and effort to "Do The Right Thing".

Easy on off soubound 91 in CT

I stop here often, new people, I liked the other guy. In and out, good prices.

The bathroom was closed. Snack selection was pretty good though.

I-91 prices. Go a short distance to route 5 south and you will find Mercury and Sunoco price wars. 30 plus cents cheaper. Easy access back on to I-91.

We were glad your Sunoco station was there on 23 March 2019 but The ladies restroom was disgusting

The new guys in there have 0 customer service skills. I have been going for here for years and always recieved stellar customer service. Please fix this, I have always liked going to this store and would like to keep coming here. But until things change I think I may need to go up the street where i won't be ignored or have incense smoke blowing in my face from the stuff smoking on the counter.

Most disgusting bathroom you will see. Foreign-owned. All windshield cleaner stations are empty. Poor customer service.

I just went to this gas station and there was no Ice in the soda machine. The gallons of water were all warm. I went to ask the attendant why there was no Ice, he had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and refused to sell me my soda and chips because he wasn't doing his job right, is this the kind of customer service to be expected from this company?

They sold me old milk 4 times very rude didn’t wanna give me my money back and overcharged my card $40 and refused a refund. Don’t ever spend a penny there

If you can bypass this station, do it. The owner is not putting any $$ in this station.
