There’s none in my area, so I go here time to time. You can find something for anyone when looking for a gift. This is my “go-to” store when I need a cheap item for someone with a small budget. It’s worth the drive here.

Joined up with family for holiday pictures. Great experience and the staff was awesome!

The photographer, Jessy was extremely professional. She was very nice, and took excellent pictures. Even though she was the only person in while we were there, she still did an awesome job, delivered great pictures, and was very nice.

Quality comparable to Lands' End with some great markdowns. Shopping online with free in-store pickup is most economical.

Made a return and it couldn't have gone smoother. Customer service was friendly, helpful and quick moving.

The entrance from outside was around back by garages. Less crowded many available spaces.

Highly recommend this place is amazing definitely for pictures! Great staff! Amazing workers! I been taking pictures there for over 4 years . My son is autistic and looooooves taking pictures from them. He isn’t typically like taking pictures. But he turns into a model when he goes there. :)

Quality products, great prices, ONLY STORE THAT HAS BIG MEN'S CLOTHING and... at good prices. Rest of store's products in ALL DEPARTMENTS are good to.
Catch sales. Sometimes you can save up to 50% on everything.

Well organized,decent amount of clothing to choose from, very clean,service good.

Visited the salon. Very clean. Everyone wore masks. Hand sanitizer for all to use. Felt very safe and received an awesome haircut!

I really love this jcpenney. Everytime i go there, they have deals especially household supplies ie: House applicances and accessories. Toys and clothes are always at good pricing. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Aysha was very helpful, she took us into another department to ring our order, so we didn’t had to wait in line. She treated us very well. Thanks Aysha!

Again very good quality clothing shoe department was terrific everyone there was friendly even though you can see they were exhausted always willing to help

I've always liked JCPenney's the one in Danbury is great I'm a big guy so I buy big and tall men's clothing to stop on the escalator soon as you get upstairs there's an entire huge and very reasonably priced big and tall section I hope JCPenney stays in business Christmas is where I buy at least half of my clothes for casual

Best place For me to get reasonably priced Big and Tall men's clothing for my husband and son. Nice selection of women's clothes casual and work.

Like jcp. Debbie in housewares is excellent. I do a lot of online and pick up in the store and she is so helpful and pleasant. Even if outside of her department.

Many options to choose from at great low prices. Customer service was great everyone was very helpful. I found everything I needed.
