Your sales rep Eddie at your Old York Rd location was great. He was so helpful and answered all of my questions. He did not rush me, explained my bill, and showed me different features on my phone that I was not aware of. He was amazing and should get a bonus!

After an unsuccessful 4 hour phone call with AT&T’s customer service, I decided to stop by a nearby store today in order to remedy my issue. I don’t have enough good words for this store and their employees, particularly Eddie. He was very friendly to us, eager to help, and expertly worked through each of the technical errors I was experiencing. He deserves the utmost recognition for a job well done. Thank you, Eddie!
