I went in a while ago just to look around, but Alyssa was so nice and helped me understand the discounts and I ended up buying a bunch of my favorites! Great customer service! Will absolutely return :))

I walked in seeking a cologne with no idea on what I actually wanted. Spoke to Melissa on the scents I preferred and was very informative of the brands her store had to offer. She was very professional and the customer service was great. Highly recommend this store, 10/10!

Fabulous experience here. Amazing selection of skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances. This is an outlet so it might not have everything you need (eg not all shades of a particular product) but if you love makeup etc you will love this store for amazing products from brands you know for discounted prices.

Walked in on Black Friday and the girls were absolutely the sweetest despite how busy it was! The manager even introduced herself and helped me pick out gift sets for my daughters (60% off!). I will definitely be back!

Jazmine had awesome customer service skills giving us recommendations with our purchases. Everything in the shop is discounted so youre getting quality names like clinique, mac, estee lauder and two faced at great prices. Will definitely go back and recommend others to check out the store. 😁

First time stopping in here and Brianna helped me tremendously! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was clearly very talented when it comes to makeup. Had a really wonderful experience there. Can’t recommend the store or the associate enough!

Best customer service ever!..I went into the store today with my cousin who is deaf and only communicates via sign. Normally it takes us a little while to shop but the girls were SO patient and kind as I translated everything between them. Very pleased as it was my first time in the store…the manager Melissa personally introduced herself as she bagged our items, she made us feel so welcomed. I hope everyone visits this location. Absolutely worth it :)

I came in last week to restock on items for my makeup bag as I am a traveling MUA. The manager and the other staff were so helpful! I got so much stuff for such great prices. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. All 3 girls in there were phenomenal. I will be back!!

I vacation twice a month at the Poconos and always shop at the cosmetic store at least 3 times during my 5 day vacation. I love the high end bargain prices so much I shop for my family, friends and co- workers. After I express the prices to my love ones they join in and always have me make purchases for them. I would like to take the time to express this particular time, there was a lady by the name of Melissa who made my purchases so comforting and informative that I purchase more items the next day. lol Melissa was very helpful and attentive, her customer service was the best experience I ever had shopping. Such sweet girls in the store. I've been coming here from Bethlehem for years. I witnessed a woman scream at these poor girls because she couldn't control her own children in the store. The lack of maturity was embarrassing. I feel bad for retail workers but these girls handled it so professionally. I always recommend this store anywhere I go!

I absolutely love this store. The prices are amazing!!! The products in regular department stores are three to four times higher at least. I was recently in there and the store manager is a doll. She was very sweet, eager to please and gave me samples as well. For those of you who aren't familiar with how retail works-in this store they do not have all the colors and all the numbers you are looking for. They have lost but not forgotten items and I noticed MAC had palettes from a few trends ago. I was thrilled that they carried perfectionist powder as they were phased out from stores. Great gift set prices also. So excited they carry Tom Ford fragrance and Bobbi Brown. As long as the products are not exposed to air, they are wrapped, untouched they are perfectly fine to use. I could have spent all day at the store! I'm sorry there were dissatisfied experiences but I definitely give it 5 stars and I will be back💗

The staff and manager were exceptional, I walked in with very little knowledge and the manager took her time to educate me and help pick the best products. Their prices are great, I would definitely recommend.

I’m just writing this review for the wonderful experience I had with the sales clerk who helped me today . I don’t live near many places I can smell Tom ford at so I wanted to smell some while I was here . She let me smell everyone of them and so sweet and not pushy at all . I’m definitely going back there to get a full bottle when I can .

Love this store! All the girls working were so nice and helped with everything I needed. Very welcoming and I’ll do all of my shopping here over ulta and Sephora anyday.

I had a great shopping experience with MONROE she was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Even though she was very busy with multiple customers this Presidents’ Day weekend, she still gave me a great one on one experience and mini make over. I loved her and I will be returning very soon

I’m just writing this review for the wonderful experience I had with the employees who helped me today. I’m definitely going back there it was an amazing experience! They were all very helpful, and had great deals!

I work here. People need to understand that we are not a makeup counter, we won’t apply makeup to you. You will not get counter service because we are a beauty supply store. We can not help you find your shade, we can give you our opinion, but we can not truly match you because we don’t have any training, enough product shades, or even equipment to shade match. We won’t baby you around the store, you’re an adult, come to us and ask us questions. If you’re rude to us, we’re rude to you. The customer is not always right.

Melissa and Jazmini pulled out all the stops and gave me and my daughter the star treatment. Can’t recommend them enough!
