Metro by T-Mobile

So I went in the store sunday, and their was a sales rep named tony, I didn't get a chance to get his last name, but I can't tell you how helpful he was to get me on track with my issues, his patience and is caring of his job, was unbelievable, I never seen anybody care so much about his job to helping people, fix their problems. He was one person in the store, and he was very good , he was quick and his patients was excellent.

Today Troy went above and beyond to help me set up my new phones. He was great a his job! Him and his co worker made great team in the store! Very friendy and welcoming enviorment.

Jonah was very helpful and friendly.

Monica and Miguel they do such outstanding job, and I feel they both should have a pay raise. I got you at least two new customers, so reward them with riase in their pay. Thank you very much.

Best Location

This High Street, Pottstown Location is the best one we visited overall for Metro PCS. Both Kelcey and Ziarra were so very helpful and knowledgeable. We decided to become new customers due to their helpfulness and how great they treated us. Enjoying our new phones and we really appreciated the excellent customer service provided by both Kelcey and Ziarra. Thanks for an easy, smooth transition for us to become Metro customers! Appreciated their friendliness and professionalism to help us since we came towards closing. Highly recommend this Metro PCS Location!
