My family had a wonderful experience at this GameStop. Steve was very helpful in suggesting some games for our family and also helped our daughter with a game controller. I just want to say. I've been having issues trying to get a steam deck through gamestop website. Thankfully Steven helped me ive been struggling for a couple weeks with my pro account. Steven if you read this your the man. Thanks for showing me what the deck looks like in person too, that makes me way more hyped for this thing. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of cool stuff here that seems to get restocked frequently.

Bought my sons Nintendo switch here at a great price. Super friendly staff that knew the products. Signed up for there pro membership as well that's saves you money by racking up points and $5 towards purchases every month. Pro membership cost me $15 for a year.

I had an on-line order for pickup. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They were able to grab my order quickly and I was out the door in a couple minutes. Couldn't have asked for an easier transaction.

There was this amazing manger there named Kyle, I have never meant a more alpha male in my life, a truly beautiful specimen of a human, he was the kindest, sweetest, person I’ve ever meant. If I ever get into management I will make it my life goal to achieve what this man has already become. Truly amazing. I love you Kyle. Way to go GameStop!!!

Great pre-owned games and console selection. Decent selection of headsets, joysticks, etc. in-store and online. Good return or exchange policy. Staff knows about the games.

I dealt with Casey at Game Stop. He is one heck of a guy. Excellent customer service!!! Awesome staff in general. I would highly recommend dealing with them. If they don't have what you are looking for, they will try to get it. Thanks Casey for making my day just a little better.

As always the staff in this particular store are amazing they know my style i went in there about a week ago looking to pick up battlefront 2 but was directed toward horizon zero dawn. A far better choice. Probably the best game ive played since witcher 3. My advice, if you go in unsure talk to them about your favorite games they will not steer you in the wrong direction. Thank yall. Keep it up. (Not the closest gamestop to my house but customer service here keeps me coming back)

Been going to this Gamestop for years. Me n my daughter r both gamers and reserved Xbox One & Ps4 when they launched we also attend many midnight release parties..

The people at this store have become good friends of me n Haven. We miss Jeremy the old Manager who moved on but the others like Mary r still there n she is a sweetheart the same with the other woman with the pink hair down the middle..

I dont see her often cause now i work 12hr shifts im ni t in there're once a week like i use too but she is wonderful and there all r smart helpful and honest.. I wont go to any other store after the 1 girl at another store treated me so bad simply cause i interrupted her phone call with her BF.

I tell everyone if u want treated good go to Waynesboro Gamestop i hope this store never gets shut down cause then ill just have to buy at Wal-Mart...
