AT&T Store

We were fortunate to have a great Rep in Val. He worked very hard to get us the best deal calling different AT&T contracts to determine why a particular upgrade program was not being accepted. We were pleased with the ultimate solution. His knowledge and patience was outstanding.

Everytime I am in this store, everyone is incredibly helpful and fun. When I visited the store on Tuesday evening, there was a woman that was being belligerent to the staff. All I have to say is that the staff handled it so incredibly well. They helped her for about 2 hours regardless of how she treated them. Thank you to the Carbondale staff for being so helpful and kind, always!

I love the place, wonderful vibe and extremely knowledgeable employees! Everyone is welcoming and is more than happy to assist you. Nathalie, Ben, Val and Spencer are wonderful people. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Went to the store in Carbondale today. Ben was working by himself. His customer service skills were absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help my mother and I with our phones. He even stayed beyond his normal work hours. Very satisfied customers!

In the past I wouldn't go to my local AT&T store carbondale. But Ben was a breath of fresh air. His knowledge and experience were excellent. As was all the others in the store as well. BEN SHOULD HAVE A RAISE AND PROMOTION. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. Now I will be using my local store again.

They were awesome tag team. I felt 100% satisfied and super quick. I wont go anywhere but to them from now on. Please give them each a raise snd a gift card. Super friendly, knowledgeable, funny. Just what you want to deal with when your 82 yr old veteran father loses his tracfone. Love them. Made me laugh n I was in n out in no time with a smile in my face. Natalie helped my dad and I out today. I had previously gone to the Dickson city location last week and was talked into purchasing an Apple Watch along with my new phone. Brandon lied to me about how much the watch plan would be. Also when I asked to cancel another line I wasn’t using he told me I could just suspend it rather than cancel it and I wouldn’t be charged. This was not the case. Natalie was extremely helpful and while she isn’t authorized to cancel a line, she explained how I could do it by calling 611. She also made the return of my Apple Watch as seamless as it could be. Thank you Natalie!! We will be coming back for anything we need in the future. Stay faaaarrr away from the crooks in Dickson city.

Visited the Carbondale store and was helped by Benjamin who was very knowledgeable and personable. He updated my plan to one that suited my usage.

Valerie is the person that you want to talk to at AT&T in Carbondale. She is the only person that gave me straight answers to my difficulties that pertaining my phone. Smart person and gets you quickly through your problems.

Exceptional experience tonight. I am thrilled. Tyler and Dave were great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful. Store was neat and clean and I got exactly what I wanted. I dreaded the thought of going to Scranton. So happy this store was right here.

We switched from Verizon and Tyler and I believe Selina and Dan went above and beyond for us my husband switched from flip phone to I phone then back to flip phone I don't know how many times he was back for them to help and never loosing their patience with him.i thank them all for having as much patience as they did excellent service. I have been to this location a couple times and each time I have gotten amazing customer service from many employees. Danny, Sabrina and David were all able to help with an on going issue with our account. They were super friendly and patient. I will definitely keep going to this store for any help I need on our ATT account or devices.

David and Tyler were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and were able to set me up with the services I needed quickly and effectively I have never been to a store where I was greated with smiles and warm welcome and they actually took the time to listen and understand best ATT experience so far

Tyler and Matt are excellent customer service personnel. That is one reason why I upgraded my phone. Went back with questions and both educated me. The store is an asset to our community Carbondale, Pa. and I hope it never leaves. Again Tyler and Matt are asset to AT&T and terrific sales and customer service professionals. Thank to them I am a very happy AT&T customer.

Old iPhone 7 would not charge. Associate offered several options for repairs but required sending off phone. I was upgrade eligible so I did. He was able to transfer almost all my apps and info before phone quit entirely. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how he was able to get me on my way quickly.

There should be 6 stars for this place. I was given stellar service again, and the team took care of a defective phone warranty issue. These team members have renewed my belief in customer service.
