I believe the guy who helped me was Bailee ( the reciept got ripped). Anyway I was having a horrible day and he must have seen it all over me and he went above and beyond to make my visit amazing. Tessa took care of me and she was so nice, knowledgeable, and patient. I switched from t-mobile and commented immediately that the customer service when I walked in the store was already 100 times better than my experiences with t-mobile. I asked alot of questions as I was new to cricket and she answered every one very patiently. I am very indecisive so she even helped me choose the best phones and plan for my family. The switch was super quick and easy, which I wasn't expecting. The phone service has been excellent so far, so glad I made the switch!

The guys that were in there were awesome especially the one that took care of me... He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and definitely knew what was what in the store... He also was able to let me know that my mom was able to bring her phone in to get fixed if she has any trouble even though she's through AT&T

I’m not going to lie. I was a little hesitant to give Cricket a try. But the phone deals when switching were so good, I thought why not? The staff at this store were extremely helpful, very polite, and very knowledgeable. So far, the service is also very good. If you’re thinking about giving them a try, I’d say go for it! I’m not sorry I did!
