Couldn't love this store MORE! WOW, such beautiful things. Very large shoe selection, Gorgeous COACH purses. I purchased a robe for my daughter..and my only problem was it took 20 minutes to get a customer service person to surface, so I could pay. The cashier offered to give me 10 dollars off for my inconvenience. However, when she rang me up, I didn't get any 10 dollars off. In fact, she said I'd have to spend 10 bucks more to actually get the 10 dollars off.
I said, No, I need to leave. I will still return, but the lack of cashiers is ridiculous. And it was an 80 dollar robe. I was practically begging to just make my purchase and leave.😩

I remember going to Macy's with my parents growing up in San Francisco. As a young adult, I became a diehard Macy's shopper. Last night, we were able to get all our shopping done at Macy's! We love Macy's! I hope we're able to pass on the family tradition! Happy Holidays!

If I could leave a 6 star review I would, rose from the fragrance section in the men’s macys was a huge help she helped me and my friends choose out the best cologne for us. We are still using it we love it. Will be coming back. Rose was sick a good soul thank you. 🙏

Amazing Makeup Sales Associates (or Cosmetologists, idk the correct term)!

One can buy makeup countless places, but one goes to Macy's for their expertise. They do that and more at this Macy's. I walked in looking for help finding a foundation. The Associates heard me out and found me exactly what I needed! It seems like different associates handle different brands. When the first associate couldn't find me exactly what I wanted with her brands, she was happy to find me someone who could. I imagine that means she loses a commission, but she seemed to just be eager to help me get what I want.

I want to take time to mention Adrian (sp?). She helped me find the perfect Lancome foundation, and introduced me to some cool products I had never heard of! I hope Management sees this, her customer service, salesmanship, and knowledge are exceptional. If you need help with Lancome or Este Lauder, ask for Adrian. However, I spoke with a few associates and they were all very kind and knew a ton about the products--you can't go wrong!

Chris was such an incredible help to me in the bedding section. I wanted twin-size comforters and she helped me find exactly what I wanted. She also help me find duvets, pillows, mattress pad, and sheets. I was lucky that prices were marked down! She even helped me take all the items out to my car. Thank you, Chris!

Macy's is what I would call an upscale department store. Higher end brands but you can find great deals or great quality here. This Macy's is my local one and it is a good a Macy's as anywhere. I do feel that the customer service here is particularly great and the store is pretty clean whenever I come in.

Macy's is always a pleasure to visit.
They usually have great deals ony favorite leggings and socks.
The shoe department is a bit generic for my taste.

I don't spend a lot of time in malls but it was refreshing to visit Macy's. It reminded me why department stores are so much better than discount stores. The staff was friendly and readily available to help. The store was clean with loads of super cute clothes and quiet a few deals. Bathrooms were tidy and plush. No complaints

Connie at Reno Macy’s is a wonderful, I think she is a supervisor. Very helpful and attentive, without her I would have left without a pair of shoes for my kid. Sorry, but the actual sales assistant was not helpful at all, and didn’t show much effort. Connie showed that she cares, tried to solve the problem ( the light in one of the shoe was not working well), offered me another option, and I left happy with a great purchase. Thank you Macy’s

I think that macys is such a great store like the old mervins they have everything. They even have a clearence floor thats great. Im hooked

I bought 3 expensive items. Then they went on sale. I went to customer service and Shirley Mosher worked very hard to get me a price adjustment on 2 of my items despite only having the web id number. She was amazing ! I definitely be buying many more things online soon.

The return services were outstanding. I ordered shoes for an event that was happening in 3 days, so I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping. It ended up taking 5 days, so I wasn't able to use them for the event. When I returned them and explained the situation, they reimbursed me for shipping too. Such a good experience.

I really enjoyed shopping at Macys Meadowbrook Mall today. The store was clean, organized and had lots of nice clothes in my size! And a big thank you to Mercedes Gonzalez, the Macys’ Personal Stylist. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely come back.

I went in to buy an item that needs special fitting. The ladies there explained that the one who can help me the best was off that day. They told me when she would be back. I appreciate this level of professionalism and honesty.

Went to the Bobbi Brown makeup counter for foundation and Shiela was amazing she did the impossible and found me a perfect color match helped us pre-order the foundation and was so kind and patient. Today I picked it up and she gave me some goodies and a wonderful note. This month is hard for me and she brought some sunshine and happiness to me.

Well went to get a nice fit for a party. Expensive but worth it. People know what they doing there when they measure you or have any questions about dress pants or fits.

Kathy at the men's department was a very wonderful lady she helped us and made my son and I feel very comforting. And I can't remember the other lady's name but she worked in the suits department and she was the best helped us find what my son was looking for. Now he will be very handsome at his first dance. Thank you girls for being great people.
