The UPS Store

I have always had great service, at this, my local UPS Store. They have always been helpful and professional.

I don’t normally side with businesses but after reading the reviews I’m a little disgusted. Everyone on here complaining about paying for tape is ridiculous. Here’s an idea. Go to Staples and buy your own box and tape and package it yourself. UPS is a shipping service and they will charge for supplies, shipping labels etc. That’s how they make money.

GREAT service each and every time! These guys have really got it together and its always a pleasure going in there for whatever my shipping needs are. Just wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just received exceptional service from this UPS Store! Had the pleasure of being helped by the owner, who went above and beyond to help me send Christmas packages. He took the time to re-package one of my boxes to save me more money. Recognized that I wanted the packages received by Christmas and helped me to decide the most economic way I could ship. Is someone that definitely takes pride in his business. Will definitely be returning to this location for any future shipping needs.

All I have to say is the UPS in ClarksSummit is the best ever! Every time I go there they go far and beyond to help me out with whatever situation I have going on. Devin helped me out today and he was great, he went out of his way big time to help me get a package back to Amazon and even printed the shipping label for me. I will keep going to this UPS in the future. You guys rock! Thank you!

Fabulous service and pricing here as always. We ship titles and loan payoff docs from here nationwide and never have to worry about “lost in the mail” excuses like USPS. A++++

Didn't catch his name, but the guy who helped me ship my items was incredibly helpful and gave me advice on how to make sure I'm shipping everything securely. Will definitely be bringing my business to UPS! Highly recommend!

The owner helped me above and beyond what he needed to!! I came in for boxes to make costumes out of and he helped me find the right sizes, measured the kids , and cut the holes! I never would have expected this level of service ! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!!
