The guys who work at this store provide excellent customer service! I wanted to purchase a phone for a Christmas present and even though they didn't have that particular phone at their store, one of the guys drove all the way to Grove City to get one from their sister store! He called the next morning and I picked it up in Edinboro! You can't beat that kind of service!

I put off purchasing a new cell phone for a very long time. I decided to see what I could find as an upgrade to my current phone a few days ago. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store and a few hours later I was the happy owner of an upgrade Pixel 7 Pro ready to use! Nick (and Zach) were professional, very helpful, very patient, and great to work with. I do not regret this choice at all! Thank you Nick, for taking care of my new phone and saving and importing sentimental messages onto the new phone! I appreciate it so much.

Nathan is a great employee that helped us get the new iPhone 14 pro max and set it up very quickly and gave us some great information about the phone. This is a wonderful store that i would recommend everyone to go to. Wonderful customer service
