All these low ratings are haters! I've been going to all the shops in the area for about a year now and without a doubt this shop always has what I need or WILL GET IT and they absolutely have the best prices in town for the stuff I purchase! Never once have I received poor treatment from any of the staff and I've been in the store over 100 times!
So this review should count 100x

Seriously overpriced! Don't believe me? You Don't have to. Just call the other two places since ICU Vape doesn't even have a phone number.

Purchased 2 Elfbars from a very rude clerk. Went out to the truck to test them to make sure they worked. One did and the other was empty and wouldn't even charge. Went to take it back and they told me they don't do refunds and we are stuck with it. Extremely rude and would have been nice to know this before purchasing it. 710 Vape in Edinboro and Puff Bros are the places to go as they will refund you as they are aware of what can happen when getting from the manufacturer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. And to make things even more awesome they don't give you a receipt even if you ask for it so forget trying to contact Elfbar to get a replacement.

The girl was watching TV and made me feel like I was interrupting her. She was snotty and rude when she did wait on me. Not to mention it's way overpriced for almost everything.

Overpriced merchandise along with poor customer service. I was in the shop for 10 min before the girl behind the counter stopped her personal conversation and even acknowledged me. 37$ for an elfbar is way too much to charge for a 20$ vape.

Almost $20 markup on disposables? A $40 dollar Elf Bar? Highway robbery.
