Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Samantha and the entire staff of Bob's Furniture who helped with my purchase of the power recliner were truly fantastic. They made the whole process simple, quick and painless as possible. I will be buying more furniture from them in the near future for the holiday season. Their prices were also very reasonable for what I was looking for. I have a small apartment. So, I had to be selective on what type and size of chair I needed, with the features I was looking for. Best shopping experience of the year!

We had a great experience purchasing a new bed for our teenage daughter on Sunday!
We had already been to every furniture store in our town (we live about an hour away) and our daughter didn't find what she wanted. She found a bed online that she liked, but I wasn't comfortable purchasing online without seeing the quality of the bed since return shipping is expensive and I was not familiar with the company that was selling it.

Bob's was our 3rd furniture store in Erie yesterday. In the 2 prior stores, we had been greeted, but nobody had followed up with us or asked us any questions. When we walked into Bob's, we were immediately greeted by a pleasant young lady named Vanessa. While she was asking questions about what we were looking for, our daughter found a bed she absolutely loved. Unfortunately, the bed she found was only available in King and Queen. We were looking for a full - based on the available space in her room. We even measured the Queen to be sure and it was just going to be a bit too big. Of course our daughter was disappointed but we continued to look based on a couple of suggestions that Vanessa gave us. Our daughter didn't like any of those. But, while we continued to look, Vanessa brought over an iPad with a picture of a full bed that was very similar to the one that our daughter liked but was too big. That was the one! We ordered it and felt comfortable purchasing sight-unseen since there were other comparable quality beds on the floor that we had been shown. Vanessa explained all of the financing and delivery options thoroughly. Our daughter can't wait until the bed arrives and is very happy already!

My husband and I both work in sales and have for over 20 years. Vanessa is an absolute gem. If we didn't live so far away, we would have definitely wanted to recruit her! This wasn't a great big sale for a furniture store purchase, but Vanessa certainly made us feel like we were important. She listened to what our very picky teen wanted and showed up with a solution. Nobody else had done that for us. Kudos to you 👏. That's how it's done.

Great experience. Samantha was a great salesperson and gave me lots of space to make a decision. Liked the quality and there were many styles to choose from, although I knew what sofa I wanted when I walked in, just had to test the comfort. The chair was a different story but I loved the style.

I’ve never reviewed a furniture store before but this time it’s worth it. Bob’s is really a fantastic place for furniture! So many great options. Great deals. Quality finds. We searched the area for a new couch - checked every place locally - and Bob’s was the best hands down. Staff there were busy making sure the customer experience is excellent. Store was clean, displays were immaculate, and the drink/ice cream stationed was a great feature (especially for kids!) If you’re looking for new furniture, definitely go to Bob’s and ask for Dana. He did an excellent job helping us find our perfect new couch without being pushy or irritating. He set everything up, explained all the things (prices, delivery, etc.), and respected our time. Highly recommend!!

Our experience has been outstanding. Our Sales Rep, Ben, has been amazing to work with. Extremely helpful, understanding of needs and preferences and even helpful with resolving concerns regarding how the furniture will work in our new home. He is an excellent, genuine and courteous young man. Both my husband & I really value his professionalism.

My daughter Shirley and I were there yesterday. We were very pleased with the attention we were given. Not just one person but 3 or 4 sales persons took time to give us a different look at the mattress I was looking for. I Finally decided on one and it will be delivered and set up on April 8th.
Super store as the employees were happy to offer their opinion and that was a big help to me. Store was spotless and employees all seemed to be happy working there.

My last experience when I went to buy my chairs on Tuesday night was great. It was easy. I’d already purchased the table and the hutch a couple months back went in to get the chairs because my family insist on getting the high back Mr. Toni Militello he welcomed me with open arms the purchase literally took You rock.

My overall experience with Bob’s was great. The customer service from the minute I walked through the door until the time I left was great. Every question I had was answered and I was very satisfied with their selection and prices. I wasn’t planning to go into the store but passed by on my way somewhere else and I’m glad I decided to stop. I’ve been wanting a new living room set for a while now but as soon as I walked in and saw the quality of the furniture and prices along with the financing available, I had to jump on it. I can’t wait for my new furniture to be delivered. We’ve already begun looking at furniture for other rooms in our home as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The sales staff at Bob’s in Erie were a breath of fresh air. We had just come from two other retailers whose sales staff couldn’t be bothered to offer help (their loss.). The staff at Bob’s were really friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure purchasing furniture from them. We will be back soon to buy more. Highly recommend Bob’s Erie store!

Chris did a great job with us on our shopping experience. Went above and beyond to help. I would recommend Bob's to anyone. The girls with financing where also as helpful and made our experience just as great!

Tony M our salesperson was excellent, explained how the store worked, please the free ice cream, low pressure, no hassle, Thank you very much Tony. I will enjoy the Cadillac of Glider, recliner.

As soon as we walked in, the manager Aire was there to welcome and found Nate a salesman to help us out finding a new kitchen table n chairs. We loved the great friendly service. We're already planning on going back to purchase a new couch next.

Tony was very helpful in the whole process. He even made a nice recommendation on a mattress for us. He was understanding that we wanted to shop around before making a decision. Once we made our decision, we went right back to him. If we go back for anything else, we will definitely ask for Tony!

Bob’s was easy to shop, not pressured and had a lot of quality furniture to chose from. Transaction was easy and sales was cordial and professional and not pushy.

Beautiful Furniture. 2nd time there. Was looking for a mattress. Tried them all out and when I found the one, it was perfect. Vanessa took good care to inform us of the quality and 18 year warranty. I’m sure that I will go back there.
