Hartley’s Butcher Barn

Love this Butcher. They are extremely professional and do a really nice job. The meat is always packaged very nicely and they give several diff options of how you want it packaged. They are very easy to work with and customer satisfaction is their priority. Would def recommend and will def be using again.

Had our cows butchered here for the first time recommend from Martin's Smokehouse and lost over 60% from hanging weight. Other butchers we lose on average between 35-40%. Beware

Terrible butcher shop, terrible communication. They don't know how to weigh or process. They either way over weighed hanging to get more money for processing or took some of our beef. When we picked up our beef, she said this was the best beef we have seen and didn't even want to let it go. You don't say that to a paying customer. Stay away.
