Target

It's probably my favorite target in the area, closer to Pottstown Pike and standing on its own place. This target has a lot of parking. They do have curbside pickup options available. As you enter the target, they have Starbucks on your left, I have tried them, and it's good. Then, you will see customer service and lead to the clothing section. I have done toys, clothing, stationery, seasonal, and bikes purchased here. Their ambiance and maintenance of the store are great. The collection they have is greater than other targets nearby giving a great value.

I should have asked for his name: whoever the gentleman was who was attending to the self-checkout kiosks today around 4:30 needs a standing ovation— I was struggling with getting my target circle account to work and apply my coupons, but he was super professional and helpful. There was a line forming and I felt so bad taking up his time. Thank you for all your help!!

A very nice mid size target. Ample parking space and location is spot on for a departmental store. Very clean , well maintained , clean and fresh look as always , great customer service , staffs are helpful and energetic, their produce is Fresh but when compared to regular grocery store the produce cost be little higher price but this is one stop shop. This target has on location Starbucks . Customer service and online pickup is at the entrance of the store which saves lot of time. Also this store has self checkout POS(6) as well staffed POS as well. Has cvs Pharmacy as other target store. A very decent size store not like a super target size but serves its purpose.

My partner and I went in for a ps5 today which I had called ahead about and didn’t ask to have held for me bc I kinda left the call in a hurry. It was about 3 or 4 hours after the call that my partner and I showed up and went to the electronics department, where we were very swiftly asked “are you finding everything alright?” I had told them what we were there for and turns out, they were the one that had helped me on the phone. They greeted us with a smile, and a bright attitude that made us both smile. Sadly, they weren’t wearing a name tag, so I don’t know their name. They presented feminine. They, were very happy to go and grab the ps5 they had saved for me. (Without having requested it) while waiting, and older man at the counter at the time asked if we were being helped and by who. We said they didn’t have a name tag, and told them a little about them, but not much info. The man had called out their dead name (we believe it was Evan, so sorry to have to say it here) the man had called it out on the radio about 3-4 times with no response. Before we said something, the person that was grabbing the ps5 came back with a smile. As they were saying they’d help check us out, the older man came and took the ps5 from them and said in an annoyed tone “I got this taken care of” once it was taken from them, they had we’re obviously not happy about that for a moment, but very brief, and returned to us with a smile, apologizing, and wishing us a great day. We thanked them, and were very happy with their help. They have a smile that’ll brighten your day. The older man needs to be spoken to about that. Seriously. But person A? Great person. 5 stars just for them.

Great target with awesome staff, the only issue I ever have with it is because of its location (in the increasingly more populated exton) the store cycles through inventory quickly and sometimes its difficult to find certain items.

I went on my computer, I looked in Target for a TV that I was looking for at a few other places. Not only did I find the TV I want it, it was cheaper and I was able to go and pick it up immediately if I needed to. I went the next morning and I was in and out within 10 minutes and on the way home with my TV. Excellent customer service!

This store is a lot easier to navigate than Lionville and the parking lot layout is way better as well.

This older lady named Ann had checked us out with a lot of christmas candy and she very delicately put them in bags that wouldn’t crush other items. She was so lovely please give her a raise for going above and beyond at her job 🥰

This is one of the best Targets to shop in and it is all due to the staff. One employee, I'd have to say is the reason for the 5 stars. Shout out to Christine for helping my shopping go from any other day to a memorable experience. She was polite and welcoming and asked if I was looking for something particular. I usually say no...I'm good but I truly felt she wanted to know. I was looking for a gift for a sibling and she was excited to hear the siblings interests and showed me new product that was ideal for my family member. There are two targets within a short few miles apart. This Target is my go to place from now on.

Love this Target and have been going to it since it first opened in the 90s. The staff are helpful, the place is clean and well organized, and it's in my backyard.

Huge store... easy to get lost in here!! Appeared clean and well staffed during my visit. Two young women working in the babies department were helpful & pleasant. They were in the middle of processing a shipment but went to the back to bring out a bassinet, and were informative on the return policy. Cashier was patient with registry coupon and multiple gift cards I had for payment.

They have done an excellent job in being respectful to their customers and filling demand for various needs in this pandemic. While the stock is going quickly, they are fast to fill what they can it seems. Additionally, other local supermarkets fell apart in the outbreak when it came to curbside pickup while target stood strong from my experience. Target is so huge these days, the company could get away with not caring about their customers. Even still, it's nice to see that they put the customer first anyway. A lot of US companies stop caring about their customers once they know they are gonna get them anyway. I wanted to take the time to write this review to encourage continuous attention to customers. Honestly, I used to do my food shopping elsewhere but I may make target my main grocery source after this even though the prices are a little higher.

At my last visit Juan was at the only open register with a long line. He was efficient and friendly in a stressful situation!

Target has become my gold standard for curbside pickup. Their app is simple to use and they are so quick at bringing your items out! Everyone is SO FRIENDLY, wears their masks, verifies I am the correct customer, and offers to close my trunk. No other curbside pickup store has offered to do that for me! Also, Target pickup consolidates all your orders and will bring them all out at once even if you forgot that you had an old order (other stores do not). Just remember to click the "I'm on my way" button about 15 minutes before you pull into the pickup spot because once you click the "I'm here" button the associates are timed on their delivery, and they take that very seriously!! I hope Target keeps this system after COVID!

Was there yesterday and had a huge cart full of stuff for a work project, everyone was so helpful even when I needed to put a couple of things on hold! I needed to find a product at a different store and a woman by the name of Denise was so patient and helpful! The store has come a long way from a couple of years ago!!
