After a quick google search for a local Jeweler to get a necklace repaired I came across GoldWorx. This place is an absolute GEM. Richard has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. What branched off from simply getting a necklace clasp fixed, then to a custom pendant finally turned into making a custom engagement ring... & we will be back for the wedding bands. Not only that, he provided a complimentary video of the process of making the engagement ring! How neat!! You can tell he cares about his craft and puts in honest work at an unbeatable price. I have nothing but great things to say about Richard and his shop. LOOK NO FURTHER for all your Jewelry needs.

Took my engagement ring into Richard after bringing it to another place that did a terrible job on prong replacement. Not only did he fix what the previous place did wrong he went above and beyond to make sure my 18 year old ring looked like new again. Fantastic job, great service, honest owner. Thank you!

Very friendly worker, plenty of knowledge on jewelry. Walked in to get a watch resized and was out in 15 minutes despite the difficulty of removing the links on this particular watch. Gave me advice on other watches I own and offered free yearly check-up on my watch, no payment unless repair is needed. Fair prices on repair!

I don't leave many reviews but Richard the owner makes you feel welcome. He's honest and goes out of his way to satisfy. I took an old ring in and he gave it new life and I was extremely happy. Thanks again you do great work, he's a real artist.

I had a bracelet that broke that I did not think would be repairable. Richard took the time studying my bracelet and figuring out a way to fix it. Even though the piece was just costume jewelry, he knew how important it was to me and went the extra mile in trying to fix it. Well, he did it!! The poor man than had to witness me cry. His customer service was excellent. It's great to know there are wonderful small businesses locally!

Delighted with every aspect of my experiences with GoldWorx. I brought my wedding set in for an insurance appraisal and Richard took the time to explain different methods of attaching the set to make it more comfortable to wear.

He also replaced a watch band for me and I was allowed to supply my own replacement band - no obligation to buy one of theirs. No pressure during any of the interactions to upsell!

Pricing for the appraisal was much lower than anticipated and I ended up bringing more items in for the same service. Richard was thorough, courteous, and cleaned them up for me as well.

Any future fine jewelry or watch needs that come up - I will be calling GoldWorx first!

I have used Goldworx for a few different items and have been impressed everytime. Goldworx / Richard is now my go-to jeweler! He's replaced a watch band and battery in just a short wait, has cleaned jewelery and replaced clasps that it felt like they were brand new, as well as resized, replated & even fixed a past jewelers work on my wedding rings that they fit better than ever and look new!

I took a necklace over because the chain had broken. A special piece given to me by my father. The gentleman in the store was so very nice. He explained how the rings on the necklace (4 of them) should be sodered to make it more durable. In the meantime, he fixed the chain for me... FOR FREE! I was perfectly willing to pay him for the service , but he refused. Thank you, and you have my business forever. Great guy here!!

Only came in here to get my grandmothers backing to an earring fixed. The gentleman did it immediately and didn't even charge for the service. Just on this amazing service alone I'm recommending this establishment. They repair and create jewelry both.

I had a couple of watch batteries replaced and a watchband repaired. Everything was done in about 10-15 minutes. Excellent work and excellent service. I highly recommend them.
