I'm so happy to have Kelly's Kollections' in Altoona. Her inventory is fun and unique. She has something for casual day wear or dressier items for a special occasion. Her accessories and purses are also super fun!

I recently popped into Kelly’s Kollections. They had just what I needed! I grabbed a pair of Peepers sunglasses, a cute leather top and some black pants.
Everything was well curated and the owners are so nice! She even treated me to a Diet Coke and gummie bears while I shopped.
Will definitely be back!!
