Philly Pretzel Factory

I arrived just 10 minutes before closing hoping to find some pretzels to take to my son and daughter-in-law who live out of state. Not only did I find pretzels, but I also found a manager, Destiney, and another employee, Marissa who were cheerful and went above and beyond with service!! Even though it was almost time to close, they took time to answer my questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Their friendliness and kindness were much appreciated!

I love the Pretzels and when I got to this store they have what I want with No waiting. Everyone is happy and willing to wait on you . That's a plus and that is what this franchise needs . Great people, great product

I forgot how amazing these are. This place is great and they have ice cream now. Additionally the pretzels only take about 10 mins to make if you have a large order. I walk in several times a month to order a huge quantity for my business and they never look annoyed and go ahead and make them. I appreciate it! My kids love it.

The pretzels are nice, but a bit too salty for my tastes. The pretzel dog is salty too so it should be eaten with a drink. They have combos which includes a bottled drink but the selection of drinks are small. There's also a small selection of ice cream but tastes good.

Warm pretzels until the minute they close! I walked in with 5 minutes left in their day and Rob was incredibly kind and helped me with a large order. He made my day!

Staff is always right there to assist you. Pretzels are fresh 100% of the time. Love this place.

Oh yum! Clean, polite staff, good value, but most of all the pretzels taste great. Love the selection of mustards and dips.

Nice place if you like pretzels they're good not as good as the ones in the street corners in Philly but you can get a good deal here on cold pretzels to if you like them cold

Got my free pretzel on August 20th and the gentleman working even gave me one for my infant son! 😄 So nice!
