Customers service has really gone downhill at the Stowe Pa location. It's a shame when you make customers stand and wait for 10 to 15 minutes to get service.

The coffee is good but only powdered milk? Had to buy a quart of milk for the coffee!

Every time I get a drink from there it smells like old chicken fingers. I later found out one of the employees eats chicken fingers while stocking the cooler. So every drink has nasty chicken grease on it. If you dont want to get sick dont buy their drinks. ATM machine outside had a glob of someone spit on it for over a month. Told the cashiers about it over 3 times and it stayed there. I think the atm guy was the one who cleaned it. Now I just went yesterday nov 7th 2021 and there is a sticker in the middle of the Netflix touch screen... this makes me wonder how often is that door cleaned, or the coffee pots, the roller grill, ect ect. Some of the employees are nice but that will not change the unhygienic and laziness of this place. Just go to wawa or 7/11 less than a mile away.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. The guy with the tattoos and goatee is the most unhelpful person I’ve ever seen or dealt with in my life. I know it’s hard to hire but honestly…..you can’t get someone who WANTS to work? It’s a customer service job. Do better Turkey Hill. No wonder Wawa is destroying you.

While getting a gas the machine would print out a receipt. I asked the cashier who is a guy with a long beard and thirty years old and gave me an attitude. He started giving me grief since I did not give him exact amount. I told pump number two and was 56$ approximately. He was disrespectful and I will not use this turkey hill anymore in Douglasville Pennsylvania. Bad service.

The employees here are worthless. No coffee available in the morning, & the milkshake machine has been down at least the last 2 months. When I asked an employee about it she looked at me with a blank face & said "i just work here" So it's a better idea to just go to the 7/11 a few blocks away or the wawa a mile down road.
