She helped my wife and I find the perfect running shoes, making sure they were the right fit for our needs. We're extremely satisfied with our visit to the store, thanks to Beck's exceptional assistance. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at the Wexford location! Personable staff who were well-informed and helped answer my every last question. Running shoes can be a big investment, and it's clear they have their customers' best interest in mind on all fronts! Would definitely return for my next pair + any other shoe needs.

I went to this store for the first time today. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out with perfectly fitted shoes that are honestly the most comfortable I've ever had, and I was there less than 30 minutes! The shoes were also reasonably priced; running shoes at the outlets were actually the same price as these. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and in acute pain. The elderly lady who works weekends in the store was so knowledgeable and so eager to help that i truly appreciated her efforts. I landed up buying the sports shoes and a pair of home slippers. I am extremely satisfied.

What a great experience! I have very wide, flat feet, and have been struggling with some tendonitis in my ankle. Finding the right running shoes is usually so difficult for me, and I never seem to find just the right pair, but end up making do with whatever is the least uncomfortable. We stopped into the Appalachian Running Company for the first time tonight, and it won’t be our last! Sharon was SO knowledgeable and patient with me. I must have tried on more than 10 pairs of shoes and finally found a pair that actually feel comfortable! For many years I have patronized both large sporting goods retailers and small running shoe stores, and none have ever had the inventory and size selection that Appalachian has. I need wide size stability shoes. Every pair I tried on was in the exact size and support level I need, so I was able to make a solid decision right on the spot. Not only did they carry my extended size, but they had enough inventory that I could actually choose a color I like, as well! This NEVER happens! I will be back for sure. :)

Very happy with my visit, with a foot injury it is difficult to find a shoe that doesn't bother my foot, and it takes the right person to LISTEN and help me and this is exactly what I found here. She was so helpful and understanding, she didn't rush me and she allowed me as much time as I needed and brought out a lot of choices for me to try. A wonderful experience! I will go back each time I need shoes!

Stopped in to browse and Miles took no delay to welcome me, my wife and daughter into the store. Miles was patient, very knowledgeable and took well care of us. He measured my daughters foot size and educated us on the different shoe styles, super helpful. Very personable, kind and knows his stuff! If you want a guy who knows what he's talking about and wears the product Miles is your guy!

I just found this place online today! Walked into the Wexford store and told them I thought I needed running shoes with more cushion... they scanned my feet and determined I needed something to support my high arch. I tried on a few pairs of shoes. I bought what they recommended, and almost all the shin splints and leg pain was gone on the treadmill tonight!! I can't believe the difference! They charge the same as other stores, but actually spend time to make sure the product meets your needs. I love this place, and will definately come back!

Great customer service. I came here twice because of the attitude of the staff and manager. The shoes as well as accessories are exceptional. THey have a large selection of quality shoes MADE IN THE USA like all shoes sold from the NEw Balance stores. I am happy to say the fitting was perfect and my new shoes feel like i am walking with slippers. Great support do to the staff at this store.

Love, love, love this store, the exceptionally knowledgeable staff and the shoes are great too!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE! The staff makes it to easy to figure out the correct shoes for my feet and also my son who runs. I have plantar fasciitis and was in a lot of pain when I got there. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!

Great prices they are extremely helpful and they have a great selection of shoes to choose from. We just bought two pairs of the new balance shoes and the new insoles that go with them. We drove from East brady just to buy their shoes.well worth the drive won't ever go anywhere else for shoe's

I wear an unusually large size and have a very high instep. The salesperson was amazingly knowledgeable about the different shoe lines they carry and found the perfect shoe for my foot size and shape. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a hard to fit foot

Mack W was awesome. I’m about to begin training for a marathon and he was so helpful in helping me choose what shoes would work. I’m looking forward to trying these Brooks out.

Great products and staff. They are knowledgeable and will put you in the right shoe for your situation and needs. I recommend all of my patients to this location when they are dealing with plantar fasciitis, ankle instability and lower leg/knee pain. Highly recommend!

I stopped in today, and Heather was very professional and helpful.
She took the time to bring me different sizes and styles.
I am a “no business” type of person, I get in, get what I need and leave.
Heather got exactly what I asked for...twice...quickly and with a smile ;)
Heather understood what I wanted/ needed and took care of my needs..I actually did not rush out because she was so nice to deal with;)
I will be back, and always wait for Heather to wait on me.

I had a very good experience here. I visited to purchase comfortable shoes that worked with my custom orthotics, and I was met with a very knowledgeable staff who helped identify a perfect product for me. No complaints at all!

The salesman was quite nice to work with me and he helped me to find 2 pair of really comfy sneakers.

I take size 13 EE in the top of the line running shoe or walking shoe and they've always been able to provide good Footwear for me. Don't expect that the shoes are inexpensive however you get what you pay for...

The salesman (Miles) was completely fantastic, and spent tons of time with my wife, making sure she was satisfied with the purchase. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant!
