The sales clerk was very helpful in finding my size. But none of the parking meters worked to allow my husband & me to feel we could take our time in shopping. A real deterant in coming to this outlet! 🥴

Quite a find, especially for my wife! A clean, well-lighted store with a great range of reasonably priced shoes and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. She picked up a pair of work shoes for $20 and also signed up as rewards customer. Will definitely visit again!

I had been looking on my own for about a half hour, and I mentioned that I was feeling a little overwhelmed with options to one of the employees, Teresa. She immediately asked me what kind of shoe I was looking for and showed me a few different options in my size, and even gave me some advice for which styles might best support my foot since I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis. She was so patient and I appreciated her help so much! The store was organized and clean. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store and will be back next time we are in the area!

Wonderful store and even better staff! The shoes are obviously good quality and could not be a better price at this outlet. I went in to buy a couple pair of shoes for my kids and the customer service was outstanding. My 4-year-old was running around the store like a crazy kid while I was trying on shoes on my 15-month-old. The sales clerk was happy to have a little helper and I ended up buying so many more pairs of shoes because of it.

Was in and bought two pairs if dress shoe brown and black pair. When I was in the store they were super helpful polite had great customer service. The shoes I bought especially the brown pair are my favorite pair of dress shoes. They look great and are some of the most comfortable dress shoes I've had in a long time. I will be back again soon.

Great quality shoes at a discounted price. I dont shop at the regular store due to the awesome deal i get here. There basement opens up in may an you get a wider selection of items then. Overall great quality of shoes at a great price you cant beat anywhere else.

Be careful with parking. First time ever got a parking ticket with a handicapped placard in window for metered parking. Called office and told we needed to be parked in handicapped parking space even though there was not one available when we arrived. New to PA

There is a lady that works in the store that is always so nice. She shares the best deals and tells me when my discounts run out. She shows me what shoe shines work with what color shoes . She even showed me how to shine my shoes properly. When I think of this store I think of her. I will get her name and share it. If you want great service go to Clarks during the day to get the best customer service in the shoe business. I will pass 10 shoe stores to go to Clarks. Grateful customer.

Store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Some great bargains to be had if you have the time to browse.

You will not find better prices and nicer employees than you do here at the Hanover outlet store. And they have all kinds of lifetime guarantees on any of their products, including their socks! Get on their mailing list so you don't miss any of their special events. And their bargain basements are a must see! Every May and September. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Large selection of shoes, friendly, helpful staff. When my wife and I stop there, we need to allow an hour plus. Located in a really nice downtown area.

You can find awesome deals at this store. It's both a regular store and a true outlet (meaning, they don't jack the prices up just to discount them so you think you're getting a deal). Bought a pair of Clarks unstructured shoes for $20, they're listed on Amazon for $100 and other websites for as much as $140. They often have buy one, get one 50% off sales as well. Bought the aforementioned shoes and a pair of Clarks leather ankle boots for a total of $30. $30! For TWO PAIRS of Clarks Shoes.

They also have a small selection of wallets and purses at discount prices (bags are in the back, full price bags are upfront). If you're in the market for a quality leather bag or wallet, stop in.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really know their merchandise. Tip: it's tough to find parking on the little lot in front of the store; there's a large, municipal lot just around the corner.

Excellent prices in general since it is an outlet. Every time I go there is always a phenomenal sale with added discounts. Worth the trip!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Fining the right shoe is easy with their large selection and returns and exchanges are hassle-free. I only wish it was closer!
