AT&T Store

Jamie at AT&T is your “go to” guy for all your cell phone needs. We visited him at the Hanover AT&T store recently, and he was extremely helpful in switching my 80-year old mom from an iPhone 7 into an iPhone 12. He took off all unnecessary features that she would never understand using, he set her newer phone up in a way she can more easily navigate when using her phone. The most important need for my mom is being able to call out if in trouble to reach her kids.

While at the store, Jamie helped me upgrade my phone as well.

Out of all the AT&T stores I have ever been to, this one is the “ top dog” Very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and above all helpful. This is the only store we will ever go to… best employees, Megan, Jamie and Greg!!!!

The 11 years I’ve been with this company I have never ever walked into a store and been out of it quicker than today. His name was Chuck and he had me out of the store in about 25 minutes. My normal experience time is up to two hours.

Jeremy helped us the other day and saved us $75 a month as we purchased a new phone. I’m so thankful he found ways for us to save. After two decades with AT&T we were considering looking at another carrier to save money, but not now. Jeremy was as personable as he was helpful. The process was reasonably quick. The store had ample sales associates for the level of customers at the time. It was a very positive experience.

Every visit I’ve had has always been positive! Josh was especially kind and helpful.

Gregory was a good salesman, he was able to take into consideration what we asked of AT&T and made it happen. I couldn't ask for less. Thank you again to him again for his timely and honest service.

The Hanover location is the most amazing store. The employees almost run to greet you as soon as you walk in. They go above and beyond to explain every detail of the different devices and plans. I was hesitant to switch to the Apple Watch from a garmin and Gregg took the time explain how the new Watch worked and walked me through choosing a color and band. Then after he got that ordered for me, he told me that my area was now open for AT&T air. Walked me through the details and I was more than happy to sign up so we could get rid of the dreaded Comcast service. My air device came in the mail and did not work so they are sending a new one. In the meantime I came back to the store to use the WI-FI in order to set up my watch. Again, greeted so quickly even though they were busy with about 10 customers in the store. Jess stopped what she was doing to greet me and then as soon as she was finished with her guest, she helped me with what I needed. Gregg kept my phone so it could finish updating while I ran an errand. He then made sure my new Apple watch was set up. Austin, the store manager introduced himself too and was just as pleasant as Gregg and Jess. Just an amazing experience all around. It’s so refreshing to see that customer service still exists at its finest in this new world where it sometimes seems non existent. Thank you Hanover, you will continue to have my business as long as these amazing employees stick around!

Jeremy Burns resolved my issues and made a sale on top of it. He was professional as patient to my Question’s. Clean store and good product t stock. Best AT&T experience to date.

Austin the manager was great! He was knowledgeable, helpful,patient and helped me solve my problem. Austin is an asset to AT&T.

I had a great experience here. They took me right at my appointment time even though there were several other walk in customers waiting. The manager, Jamie, is the best. I had been having trouble getting my teacher appreciation discount added to my account. Several phone calls to customer service couldn’t do it, but Jamie had it fixed in ten minutes. I’m only going to this AT&T Store from now on.

Gregory is so awesome he will go the extra miles to help you get the phone you want at price you can afford. Our family has been going to this location for the past two years and always leave happy with the exceptional service received. Yesterday I was at this store again trying to get a good quality 5G phone but Prepaid. My daughter just out of high school and we were trying to get a reasonable quality phone for $200.00 or less. Gregory was super helpful. He showed us about five different phone with different and was very patient while we asked questions and try to decide which on to get.

I was having issues with my business account. I was told to go to a store and they could fix it. I was very apprehensive knowing this would probably not work.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store. The young gentleman who helped me (sorry forgot and can't find where I wrote it down) and his manager Nicole Lampel went out of their way to resolve my issue. I am very thankful and I highly recommend this store. Everyone was talking and being so nice while I waited.

I went into the store a few days ago with some question regarding my account and Gregory helped me. He was very nice and very helpful! Great gentleman!
I went in today and Greg was busy helping others; however Joshua K. Helped me with picking and setting up my new iPad! He was so amazing!! Very patient, and even walked it out for me because I carrying my nephew. Very amazing guy!

Greg Becker is an excellent employee. Very knowledgeable and never talks down to you!

Huge shout out to Jeremy at AT&T in Hanover. I have struggled with AT&T the past three months trying to get answers trying to figure out what is going on. Scared to change my phone plan, but was about to because of the AT&T in Gettysburg, but then I go to the one in Hanover and meet Jeremy. Jeremy took his time, trying to figure out what was going on and actually came up with a solution and helped me understand. He saved me from having to leave AT&T. I will not go to another AT&T store. And also the manager Jamie was very nice and was appreciated to hear the good feedback about Jeremy because I also had to tell him how great he was. Thank you guys for actually caring about your customers. Like I said, I will never go to another AT&T store.

I needed to change my plan from a group family plan to just one line. Also desperately needed a new phone. I had met Tyler the week before when my awful phone decided I did not have an account. He fixed it quickly, and was very nice, so I went back to him to change accounts. It was done very quickly, and he helped me to find a phone to suit my needs that wouldn't break the budget. Customer service is not easy to come by these days in any venue, so it was fantastic to be treated so well and not spoken to in a condescending manner when I needed something explained. Some of us older peeps are not quite up to speed in the latest tech. Being treated well is something people of all ages can appreciate.

We had a heck of an experience today, 7/17/22. My husband & I needed to transfer to a new family account & we hit several bumps in the road in the process, but Josh & Jaime were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure we were squared away despite connectivity & networking hiccups that were completely out of their hands. They were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly & maintained professionalism when a new challenge arose. Many thanks to them both, highly recommend.
