Interiormark

No after sale service for damaged goods. We ordered a Primo grill from a company called Grillio. After some investigation, we found that Grillio, Interiormark, and Theater Seats are all one company(our Grillio salesman is also from Interiormark) When the grill arrived, it was damaged. We immediately called Grillio. We got customer service at Theater Seats who told us the salesman's name we were given is just a fake name they use when we asked to speak to him. Theater Seats assured us they would contact the manufacturer and we would get a replacement part in a timely manner. After two weeks of calling, all we get is the runaround or we have to leave messages and our calls are never returned. We are not allowed to speak to our "case worker". At this point we have a grill we cannot use and have no recourse through Grillio.

I do not know about others, but this is my experience.

I bought 3 Home Theater recliner seats on the 12/17/2020 after speaking to the sales rep. We were told that the items is in stock and were promised that they will delivered before the New Years.. Waiting... Waiting....

I called the customer service on the 01/07/2021 and spoke to a lady who said some one from shipping company will call to inform me about the delivery!. She says she is will include us the warranty for the seats for the delay in the delivery.

The shipping company person called me on the 01/08/2021.. Surprise surprise... She informs me that there is no one to do the white glove delivery and the Theater Seat Store is aware of this... What??? So the theater seat store does the sale by taking the money and places the order to the shipping company and does not bother afterwards???

So i called the sales rep who sold us the product on 01/08/2021 and left a message and did not hear back at the time of this review which 01/11/2021. I was told he is not in the office and was transferred to the customer service. I asked the customer service lady to transfer to the lady whom i spoke to on Thursday 01/07.2021.. As expected.. she is not in the office too..

I was having a conversation on the things happened so far and she says the same thing as the shipping person said, due to covid and un precedent sales all the deliveries were delayed...

She said we drop the seats at u r door step if u want, but that not what we paid for.. she says we will refund the white glove delivery charges. We are not comfortable assembling the seats and that why we bought the white glove service.

So, I was told today(01/11/2021) it would take 1 more week to know if they can do the white glove delivery.. so this is the story so far. Will post another update later this week if i hear back from these guys...

I am surprised how people do business which such disconnected service after sale.

Update on 01/14/2021: I got an email from the customer service that they found a new agent who could do the delivery and the tracking changed to In Transit since 01/11/2021 . No further update, I responded/replied to the email that customer service sent on the 01/12/2021 asking them when I could get an update and they haven't responded as of this update.

Update on 01/19/2021: Haven't heard back from customer service nor received a call back from Sales person. The freight status did not change from 01/11/2021 . Still Waiting.....
Update on 01/21/2021: The recliners were delivered on 01/20/21.

Really bad after sale service...
