Liberty RV of Gettysburg

Everyone who has ever bought a car, boat, or RV knows the importance of good service work. It also becomes clear to everyone that many times the dealership falls very short in this field. Sell it and forget it is their attitude. I can personally say that is not the case with Liberty RV of Gettysburg. We took delivery of our RV in December so there were some systems (water) that could not be checked. Well, when turning on the water for the first time I had some problems. The dealer is right down the road from my camp site, so I stopped down there and spoke to my salesperson Andy Fritz. He listened to me, and he told me the Techs were busy, so he would go to my campsite and check it out himself. Long story short here, he fixed everything and did a couple extra for me to get my new RV ready for our use. You don’t get this type of service very often, so when you do you know this is the place to buy your next RV. If you are looking, talk to Andy. Thanks Andy for making my RV camping experience great! We drove 200 miles as they are the nearest dealer that handles the trailer we wanted to look at.

They have a good selection of units.

We spoke to Andy as we checked out the trailer we were interested in. He seemed knowledgeable and interested in answering our questions.

I don't know if we are going to purchase the trailer we looked at, but if we do, would definitely come back here to make the deal.

Went to look at a used rv on consignment. Andy was very friendly and up front with us. We had a ways to drive and he gave very accurate descriptions of the coach before we went to look at it. Andy was very professional and honest with us. Something you don’t always find in rv sales.

Scott and his team went out of their way to help us when we had a plumbing failure on the road. They were very friendly and did a great job fixing our issue at a very reasonable rate. Quality job by a team that knows their stuff. Such a pleasure to talk to the owner as we waited, too.

I dropped my motor home off today to have a new awning installed. Two hours later I got a call from Scott that the awning install was finished, they had topped off my propane as requested, and it was ready for pickup! The new awning looks great, their prices are reasonable and the service and communication are beyond excellent. Thank you for a job well done!

I usually don’t do reviews but in this case I felt I must . A couple weeks ago I was traveling from New York down to Virginia and I I knew that I needed three batteries. I purchased two batteries before I left but no one up here had time to put them in so I figured once I got to Virginia I would just have somebody put them in or maybe do it myself but I stayed at a campground just down the road from liberty RV I got in there at night time so they were already closed so the next morning before I got on the road I stop by just to ask them if they could possibly install the two batteries that I had already bought and I would buy the third one from them well come to find out I got sold the wrong batteries up here in Syracuse so they sold me three batteries for the same price that I bought two batteries up here for and they had them installed in about 15 minutes I can’t say enough about the service that they provided for me I will definitely be stopping by there again so if any of you campers are around the area of Gettysburg and you’re in need of any thing with your RV I highly recommend giving these guys a shot everyone in there was so very helpful and friendly it was unbelievable.

Had a full wall slide issue and stopped in on a whim and what great service. I talked with Harvey and he had some ideas about the problem. Seems he was trained on the slide system. He was amazing and arrived within 2 hours of me stopping in and asking if they had any ideas. He looked everything over, measured the differences on each side and did his magic. Full wall slide came in and he advised us to get the full rail system looked at and replaced as there was a little wiggle room between the wall and gears. Vreat service and honest pricing. New store layout looks very inviting. If you need amything RV relared, talk to Harvey at Liberty RV of Gettysburg.

This place is awesome had a leaf spring break on my trailer owners tried to help me find parts to fix myself ended up having them fix it they gave me a fair price really appreciate honest businesses that are not trying to rip you off if you have a problem look this place up.

I use Liberty RV for my annual PA safety inspection of my motor home. They recently changed owners and it is an improvement. Took them one hour to do the inspection.

There's a reason I'll drive almost 3 hours to have my camper worked on by them. Good communication and honest.

Changed kitchen faucet and many little things. Very informative. Good company. Really satisfied.
