The staff here is great! I come here all the time for Amazon returns and they ALL are so pleasant and helpful! I came in the day after my wedding to ship my bridal bouquet for preservation. Louie did a great job standing them up and packing with care for damage free overnight shipping! The flowers arrived in great shape, I can’t wait to get them back!!! Thank you!

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I just walked out of this store and knew I needed to bring attention the the phenomenal young men working at this location today (August 5, 2024 - about 6 PM). Both gave stellar customer service! Unfortunately the I did not get the gentleman's name that specifically helped me. He was courteous, patient, set expectations, and clearly went through all my options for mailing. THANK YOU! If I could give him 10/10, I would with no hesitation. This will be my go to store, no matter how far I have to drive.

Came here after I was unable to use scanner at another UPS store. I called first to confirm they had a scanner that was operable and prices. And I love the fact they are open until 7pm during the week which is awesome so I don’t have to feel as rushed after work. I’ve been to this store a few times in past and always had a positive experience. They appear to be a very busy store as while I was there, 3 UPS trucks pulled up. They had a lot of packages to load. In spite of all that, and probably low pay, the two employees working were awesome. So friendly, helpful, great customer service and treated everyone with respect. One of the employees helped me scan my documents and made everything seem so easy. And the scan quality was pretty good. Better than the scan quality at my job. Plenty of parking. Very clean store. Very knowledgeable employees. Reasonable prices.

There are several UPS stores close to me, but this is the one I always go to because the people here are fabulous! Not only are they quick and helpful, they are a super fun team. It’s clear that they all like working together and it makes the whole environment warm and inviting. Thank you Devonn, Tyler, Louie, and Tess for being fabulous humans. You make my Amazon returns enjoyable :) I’ll be seeing you again soon!

I have used this UPS many times to drop off/ship packages and I have always experienced excellent customer service. I've interacted with at least 4-5 different employees and every time each person has been friendly, quick, and helpful. The location can feel a little dicey at times but the staff make me feel safe and taken care of.

Awesome service and these guys were so helpful shipping a majority of my clothes from Denver to Miami. If I didn’t have UPS, I would’ve paid over 2k for a shipping pod. These men are polite, kind, and efficient. I would recommend this UPS to others!

This is the best UPS store I've ever been to! Devin, Jess and Tyler manage to run everything smoothly, even when it is always busy, and are very patient! It makes it feel more like a local shop than a UPS store.

The UPS store on Broadway is “my UPS”, like how previous generations who maintained loyalty to one banker. Even with life’s craziness, I make a beeline for this UPS store, bypassing others without a second thought.

The staff is so friendly and quick to greet dog and I with huge smiles (and treats). Honestly, I think she (🦮) enjoys the place more than I do.

Louie is an absolute genius. We had a very large and very expensive shipping order, and he was not only extremely professional, friendly, and courteous but also made it work in such a way where we were able to save hundreds of dollars on part of the shipment. Everyone else there was also very helpful and friendly. Great UPS location. If I lived in the area, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my shipping needs. Highly recommend.

The best customer service I’ve experienced with a parcel shipment provider out of several cities and organizations. Devonn and Tyler always greet with a smile and no amount of packages or complicated transactions have been inconvenient. This team is top-tier and I am lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

I made a mistake with an Amazon return and only realized it after I had dropped it off at this UPS Store 30 minutes prior. The clerk was was very helpful in figuring out how I could get the situation resolved. It was actually quite complicated and he went above and beyond to resolve it for me. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs Top Notch service.

Love this store! The folks who work here are friendly and helpful. If I have a question they are very through and kind in their explanations. Even if there are long lines, which is seldom, the crew gets customers quickly and manages to stay calm and keep a sense of humor all at the same time. I’m lucky to live close by because it’s my go to shipping spot!

Devonn & Tyler were great. I'm not a guy that sends anything much but usps is always ridiculous and Thornton's UPS doesn't do password, but these two gentlemen has been amazing and professional. Made my day ❤

Tyler, Devonn and Luis were super helpful. I used notary services and had to mail paperwork overnight. Excellent service until my job was done.

Great staff. Always friendly, helpful and patient. Having a computer on site to help with confirming addresses, printing and copying has been a lifesaver! This is my favorite UPS store.

I came in today to get some price quotes for bulk printing/copying projects just so I have an idea of what to expect. The prices are definitely reasonable. But this review isn't about that. What really makes this location so deserving of 5 (million) stars, is how down to earth and hardworking their manager is. After we spoke, I used their photocopier for a bit and just hearing the manager interact with customers was so refreshing. He was just hands down so amazingly helpful and the level of customer service he provides is unmatched. I hope your location receives tons of business. I know it's inevitable because of how and who you are. Thank you, Louie! You are a wonderful human being!
