AT&T Store

when I arrived at the store, I was greeted and ask how they could help. This happened as I closed the door upon entry. Service was quick, and very polite. I have not had such attention for a very long time in any store or business outlet. It took about 30 min to complete the cure to my problem and I was out the door smiling.I was set up with the service I needed and a complete understanding of the service I was purchasing. I can not express my satisfaction enough.

Came in to move a bunch of lines around and Cameron was absolutely amazing to work with! His customer service, knowledge of the process, and patience with all we needed done was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for making this a very easy move!

Our rep was very nice, helpful and got my family and I a good family deal. Which saved us at least $75 a month. We all went in with paid off phones and walked out with new upgraded phones which we all weren't expecting. We all walked out happy and content.

Brandon was friendly attentive and went over and beyond to make sure our experience was great. He had a few customers at once and his multi-tasking skills were on point and everyone was helped smoothly and efficiently. Our transfer from Verizon to At&T was well worth it, no doubt! He made sure he helped with the whole process of getting transferred over to ya’ll as well as put input accessories at the end. WOW!! Thank you. Excellent experience working with the people at this location. I had a lot of questions, Cameron helped me work through several changes and updates to my account, which ended up lowering my monthly bill, even with added services. Cameron was very sharp and knowledgeable about options but still explained everything in terms that I could understand. Excellent customer service, thanks so much!

Cameron has been more than helpful on several occasions. Him & the rest of the Sunday morning crew are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that the customers needs are met.

Since covid it seems like many service industries took a huge hit. Not expecting much help I went into the store to get a damaged iPad switched over as well as some account services.

Cameron greeted me at the door and immediately got to work to remedy my situation. Despite some roadblocks due to my own ignorance he was able to overcome them in a hasty manner. It was by far the best service I had received at any ATT store.

After resolving all other issues, I inquired about some phones. Cameron, without reference to any material was able to give me exact details about any and every phone I asked about and how it would correlate on my bill as well as future phones. Everything from technical specifications to size and usage. This man deserves a raise if he hasn't gotten one already. His knowledge and dedication to his job were unparalleled and set a whole new standard for customer service.

Going forward I will without question, be returning and referring anyone in need of cellular service to him. Thanks again!

Brandon and Cameron were tremendously helpful. Cameron is very knowledgeable, and willing to explain first. Both display excellent customer service and are willing to go the extra mile. Regardless of where I live in the city as long as Brandon and Cameron are at this location, I will travel to Fountain AT&T!
P.s. Graciela was cool too when Brandon and Cameron were running around she helped customers and even kept me company explaining details about things!

My wife and I bought 2 new Samsung S4 phones from the Fountain Colorado store in Colorado and we had the best experience possible. The sales lady, Ms Graselda took the time and transferred the data from our old phones to the new ones and she also set up my wife's Samsung galaxy watch. She answered all of our question's and told us that she was there to help. Thanks again Graselda for your help and a shout out to the store manager, Brandon.

Every time I have had to go in to this store the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The last 2 times I had to go in to update a couple of phones, Wolf helped me out. He was patient and kind and didn't get stressed under pressure. Then when I went in again Nick and Wolf both helped me and again were very patient and helpful. I will only go to this store for my cellular needs.

My first time in this store and they blew it away with customer service! I had my older son with me and we needed to buy him a new phone. We had the best interaction with Cherish and Uriaah. They both made us feel like we were the only folks in the store. Cherish helped me call 611 to get a AT&T rep on the phone to help us with my bill that she felt was WAY TOO HIGH. Come to find out it was! My work discount was not applied on each month of the year! Cherish helped me with a refund of 250.00!!! Uriaah made my son feel like a friend there talking about what school is in and what he is studying while I was on the phone with the rep. Both of them are incredible with knowledge of AT&T products, and both know what customer service is all about! We even came back the next day for 2 AT&T watches!!! AT&T you need to recognize both of these two! They are why I stay with AT&T and will come back more and more! I spoke with the store manager Nick and told him, what fantastic staff he has. Thank you Nick for taking the time to speak with me about your staff.

I was VERY satisfied with Garciela. There was no issues at all. She was very helpful and we appreciate all her help with purchasing our new phones.

So I just purchased my very first and I mean very FIRST iPhone from this specific AT&T store. I was assisted by Beth, and she was perfect. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the products and deals. She also set up my new iPhone 12 for me and transferred all of my data from my old phone (which was a Droid). The products are great and up to date, the store is clean and easy to maneuver and the associates at the store were all very polite and easy to communicate with. 5 out 5 recommend. (Ask for Beth)

I went in to get a transfer of billing responsibility, as well as transferring a line and starting my own account. There were a lot of hiccups along the way and the whole process from start to finish took about 2 hours, but sales rep Mike stuck it out like a trooper and kept a great attitude the whole time. The other employees there were super helpful as well! Seriously, this was some of the best customer service that I've experienced.

These guys gave me some of the best service I have ever had. I signed up with AT&T at one of those guys in target and my account was all kinds of messed up. I walked in the store and immediately they began troubleshooting and fixing the issues and went to bat for me. This store specifically is the only one I will be returning to they are absolutely amazing. Uriah is the best!
