Needed to get a phone for my son and we had a wonderful experience. Sarah was able to get us a new phone, a line added, and switched numbers on an Apple Watch in a timely manner with kindness and patience.

Super glad we picked this location and that Sarah was there to help us. Excellent experience all around.

Jordan helped me get a new phone because I had a very old iPhone and it was becoming very slow and not enough storage. He was very helpful and informative on the process of upgrading my phone and explained the cost in detail and got me the best deal that they had! He answered all the questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. His customer service skills are exceptional! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a new phone to go to Easton location!

I had a wonderful experience at the Easton AT&T at Roche Brothers. My husband and I are traveling from Florida in our travel trailer visiting family for the summer. We purchased a fire stick and I went to AT&T inquiring about my personal hot spot and if I could upgrade. Jay C. was wonderful. He explained everything so I could understand it and I upgraded to the Elite plan and my bill actually went down $25 per month. He also explained how the AT&T TV Streaming worked. I am seriously considering signing up for one of those plans.

I went to AT&T for help with setting up a new phone for my granddaughter. We wanted her to be able to access all her iPad data on her new phone. Mason took care of every detail. It took way longer than we expected for we hadn’t backed up her data. He not only was very patient and let us finish the back up which took 2 1/2 hours, he took care of all our other wants and questions. Screen protection for the new phone, IPad, and a replacement for my phone. Protective case for new phone and a better one for my phone. We also bought pop sockets. Mason answered my questions regarding insurance plans and we discussed all sorts of gaming and streaming possibilities. I can’t say enough good things about his customer services. I know this is long but we were there for a long time and didn’t leave until all our “issues” were solved. Great experience! Thank you Mason.

Michael and Eric, particularly Michael, helped us first understand a very disadvantagious "deal" that AT&T talked us into and through quiet, polite but firm persistence talked his way through the bureaucracy, Got us to a person who could and did undo the worst parts of the "deal".

Michael was very helpful in resolving an uncommon issue I had activating new lines on my account. I had previously spent over 2 hours on the phone with AT&T trying to resolve the issue with no success. I decided to go into the Easton store and Michael was patient and knowledgable while helping me resolve the issue.

My fiancé and I bought new phones at the AT&T store in North Easton and are very happy with our overall experience. Mike was such a big help with the set-up and back up of our phones. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. We will come back in the future.

Mike helped me the evening of 08 May switch from Verizon to ATT. Verizon certainly didn’t make it easy to switch and Mike was amazingly patient and helpful during the 2 hour process. Didn’t lose his positive attitude either. Kudos.

Mason Tackett went above and beyond to help me with a terrible experience in Florida. I would highly recommend going to AT and T in Easton,Ma. For all of your cell phone needs. He reduced my monthly bill by $200!!! He is also quite intelligent, friendly and handsome!!!

Visited Easton store on Friday @ 6 pm with problems with my Iphone 7 camera , mike was working and was MORE than helpful
He switched phones for me and phoned an establishment that does phone repairs, He stayed after closing hours while my back up phone was downloading, I will definitely return to Easton AT&T and seek Mikes assistance in the future, He deserves a raise!!
