Never really had any respect for a gas station before, but Kum & Go brings it to a new level. Seriously, try the pizza.

Good station!

I paid $70 for gas in the store. I pumped $55.44 on pump 6. I went back in to get a refund and/or receipt for my gas. The female and male both were rude. Neither one could tell me their policy of what is supposed to happen when a customer prepay for gas and only pumps partial payment. Both were rude and disrespectful neither one knew the corporate number. The man said manager wouldn’t be there until Monday. The first receipt I got was for the wrong pump#7. The man was more rude than the woman. I was mistreated so bad I couldn’t ask a question and get a straight answer without being cut off. The woman threatened to call police when all I wanted was a refund and a receipt for my gas and someone to have actual customer service and tell me what the policy is. I don’t like to be yelled at it is a trigger from being military. I expect to receive great customer service and to be talked to with respect. I did not get any type of great customer service. I got two people twice my size yelling and threatening me instead of trying to help me with a receipt or a refund. I e been coming to this location for a year. This is the worst experience ever. The people I encountered today were the worst. This is not the first time someone has been rude to me in this store. This is the final straw. I would like to speak with corporate or franchise owner of this establishment because this should not be ok.

Do not go to this carwash EVER. They can't figure out their accounting system for their monthly membership. Every time I went in I either had to have their attendant get me thru the gate or go into the office. Happened again yesterday and the manager on duty told me the last time I was in I had canceled my membership which was totally untrue. When I asked for the name of his supervisor he told me he couldn't give me his name, for security reasons. Is this business run so poorly they think people are going to go after supervisors? One star only because I can't give them any less.......

Shout out to the old Karen that tried charging me to borrow their shovel after I got stuck in their parking lot. If only she understood that if they maintained their property, I wouldn’t have needed it in the first place 😂. Instead of understanding the issue she was aggressive and acted like she was the one inconvenienced….I wouldn’t recommend coming here as you’ll have to wait for the old bird to to finish her smoke before she helps you anyways. Very unprofessional place but I guess I can’t expect much class or professionalism from a place called “Kum & Go” fyi Karen if you see this, I did complain to corporate but it was just in regards to you. 🚮🚮
