Juan and Riley are true professionals and absolute experts in their craft. This is my new store and go-to for my painting needs.

We worked with Bill today out of the Holly Springs store and he was a solid 20 out of 10. He worked hard to match a color that we loved from another brand. He explained in-depth the differences between oil and water based paint. He helped us make an educated decision on how to paint our deck to ensure a long lasting finish. We could not have had better service and we will always be back to this store asking for his help in the future. You have a great one.

I had some pre-pandemic Sherwin Williams paints that the company no longer makes, and the folks at the store were able to take the cans I brought in with me and perfectly color-match them in practically no time! I was a little nervous about how it would work out (the exact-match codes are one of the big reasons I like Sherwin Williams), but it's worked out great. I'm very happy :-)

Honestly, wouldnt think I would be writing about getting a ladder from SW, but here we are and it was actually a really good experience. This is a particular shout out to Carrie who helped me with this. I happened to go in that store looking for a particular brand of ladder is being sold there and Carrie was able to look it up and do some research and then contact me about it. It was all done so professionally and there was actual follow up here, which is a wonderful breath of fresh air. I really appreciated the customer service and it definitely shines as place Id go back to get my other paint and tools there.

The employees are so helpful! They took their time to help me out even when they were about to close the store, and even carried the paint out to my car for me.

The staff members were all extremely helpful in providing information to help me make decisions for which type of paint to buy. The service was fast...I was in and out of the store with three gallons of paint in less than 15 minutes!!

I had hired a painting company 3 years ago to paint our interior walls. Together we picked our the colors and the paint was purchased here. Needing to touch up some areas, I discovered the paint leftover was not the color I needed. I went here today and they were able to pull up the original order and mix the color I needed. Couldn't have been easier!

This Sherwin Williams is the best location to go to. The staff is amazing and so easy to work with. I only shop here for paint!

Can’t recommend them enough! I got some paint but didn’t think to ask how smudges would affect it after it cured and came back a month later to get a new paint to go over what I had done and they exchanged the paint for me. Thank you!
