AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Unable to open truck- no representative present during standard business hours and phone number linked to location does not work.
Over 45 minutes of waiting before being assisted and after had to drive another 35 minutes to get the appropriate vehicle.
I've had 3 great experiences with u-haul but likely this experience will prevent me from ever doing this again.
If I were the proprietor of this location I would be ashamed.
