Absolutely love the character and personality of the young man, named Nick. Very professional and goes above and beyond. I hope that Advance Auto offers this young, growing man many opportunities and growing challenges. It's hard to find Gen Z'ers like Nick. Today, I am a super proud customer due to encountering this young man.

Great very friendly

I visited this store a few hours ago. The staff went far far out of their way to get the alternator I needed for my truck and even though I could handle replacing it they kept checking on me making sure I had all the tools and know how I could need. Even though there were only 2 employees working the store they went to another location to get the parts they didn't have for me. I could not have asked for any better experience at an auto parts store.

This place is great they stand by the policy of there parts they have online help I lost my receipt and customer service was able to locate my receipt and send me a copy when I got to the store to return my part they were helpful understandable not any stupid questions just business with helpful personality I was so thank ful

I stopped in a few minutes ago on June 25 @12:15 and a very nice gentleman working here helped me add oil to my car. I’m on a long road trip and oil engine light came on so I stopped and he helped me and even helped me prepare for the rest of my trip because it appears I have a leak. I wish I would have gotten his name but he was great. Thanks and I always get great service at Advanced Auto!
