CVS

People are generally more prone to post about negative experiences. I've been here many times and haven't had a horrible experience. I've called over the phone. I've have not always had all the info I needed. I've sometimes needed a doctors sign off. I've needed to check in with the insurance pertaining to coverage. I've always been helped, they've never been rude or seemingly unconcerned.

I use them for my monthly refills, and recently received my second shingles vax shot here. These ladies are always polite and courteous.

We’ve always had a positive outcome with this CVS pharmacy location. They’ll even let us know when something can’t be filled at that location AND tell us which location has the medication. Pharmacies are always overworked. These folks handle it very well.

Very helpful staff and drive thru pick up easy. friendly behavior towards customers.

When I read these 1 & 2 star reviews I wonder if those folks are talking about the same CVS? I have been going to this CVS since it opened. All staff have been polite, professional & courteous. Especially the pharmacy staff.

I had a great experience at the pharmacy. The woman who rang up my prescription noticed that my insurance wasn’t listed so she asked for my insurance card and asked me to wait while my information was entered into their system (only took a few minutes). I honestly won’t have noticed, but she went out of her way to save me money and so super polite and helpful. Ever time I go into this CVS, I am greeted my the store manager or a sales associate and asked what I am looking for and they take me directly to what I need. Every employee at this CVS location has been extremely friendly, helpful and has provided great service. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend.

I don't visit this location often, but will in the future. The store was spotless and the manager was super helpful in finding what I needed. They have a great selection of Pokemon cards (not what I had gone in for), so I ended up getting a bunch to have on-hand for kids' birthday gifts and Holidays!

I'll never understand what is wrong with people who leave a one-star review... Try putting yourself in the employees' place, for a change!!

That said :) this pharmacy was fast, friendly, and professional, both on the phone and in the drive-thru, despite two long lines of cars. They're doing a great job! Two thumbs up!! 👍🏻👍🏻

I've been going to this location for several years and never had any problems. Pharmacy staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Everyone has off days.

PRITI,the Pharmacist is AWESOME!!!She was very courteous and she went above and beyond for my son,it was greatly appreciated during an extremely tough time.

I have upgraded my review from a 2 star to a 5 star because I have seen the pharmacy at this location become much better! They are fast, attentive and very helpful.

Love the pharmacist at CVS! She knows all of our family - always greets us and asks how we are doing.

Always polite, efficient and accommodating at the pharmacy...been coming for years after my insurance didnt like wal mart.

The team at my local CVS are fantastic.

Stopped by here to get something for a head cold on a recent trip through Holly Springs. Super clean store with helpful personnel. Will stop here again.
