I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come into the Game Stop store on Skibo Raod and have learned something new, gain more insight from my children’s gaming experience, while receiving the best customer service in the town. Hands down this location should be praised by corporate for being a model of the brand that keeps on earning my business. Thanks a lot Game Stop.

Today I bought this for my hubby because he deserves it! The gentleman I worked with was very polite. He brought out this one after telling us the series 2 was not in stock, and helped me get discounts I didn't even ask for! (All I'm allowed such as military or member but I still appreciated it). Overall I've been to this game stop several times and have never had a bad experience. They're always willing to check inventory or work with us to find a gamestop that does have what we need (even though we've never run into the problem before). I'd check them out 🤗

I rarely have occasion to shop here but was very moved by the knowledge and friendliness of the employee that helped me the other day. He was able to order a game for my daughter and have it shipped to my house as they didn't have one in store. For a great price, too! I left the store happy with the encounter and my daughter was smiling. Kudos to having employees who are extremely knowledgeable concerning gaming. Highly recommend!

This is our favorite location in the Fayetteville area. They always have a good selection. They also made it possible for us to get an X series at a normal price. Love these employees, always friendly and professional! Korynn helped us today and she was great with my kiddos 🤗

I enjoy my experience while being in gamestop. Because they know what they are talking about when you ask them questions. They also ask if I need help with finding games and related products. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

One of the bigger game stops I've been to. They had a wide variety of used games on all platforms. This location also carries a ton of memorabilia, plush dolls, cards, and accessories for each gaming console. They have three registers making for a speedy check out. I purchased two used games that were still in very good condition considering their age.

Aleck was my cashier and was extremely kind and helpful with helping me find fun and easy games for my five year old. He was very patient while talking to me during a busy morning. Great selection of games and etc.

Staff very friendly

I love coming to gamestop. Their early Black Friday sale started today, so I came to pick up some games on sale. They had brand new copies of all of the PS4 games I wanted. Made my shopping a lot easier. The employee that helped me even told me about other items on sale that I'm interested in. Very knowledgeable about what I was interested in. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. We came in within 20 minutes closing time and they were not concerned with trying to close up shop and ignoring customers as most places would be . Customer service came first and they helped us with an issue we had with a used PS3 that had gone bad.

They were friendly and able to solve my issue with my game in record time! I bought a game at the beginning of the month that unfortunately didn't work gamestop called another location and got it taken care of the same day!

This is actually my favorite gamestop to go to ever. It's the biggest one iv been to out of dozens and they have a massive amount of figures, game accessories, and just collectible stuff. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Most importantly the staff is not too pushy about making you do pre orders or buying used. I know that's the business model but it gets really annoying and awkward having to say no thank you 5 times in sixty seconds. I have bought several figures, games, and consoles from here. No complaints here :) Fun fact: I actually competed here in the official tournament for smash bros when it released on the 3ds a couple years ago. It was fun, well run, and I just wish there was another one when it released on the switch.

The employees are really nice they always answer my questions over the phone and in store. This one is a lot bigger and has more space then the one by cold stone. They happily gave me all my money back when I canceled a pre-order.

Had a great experience with the staff. Logan the store manager went above and beyond to assist me with getting exactly what I was asking for. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
