Great selection, EXCEPTIONAL customer service from ALL associates, especially HOWARD. He went above and beyond to help me get over 12 pairs of shoes to try, some in different sizes and brands. He walked all over the store to assist me. I recently had a procedure on my foot, and I needed several shoes and sneakers with thick soles and some w/ extra cushioning. He found everything I needed, and I ended up buying 6 pairs. Thank you, Howard.

Couldn't have been more impressed with the staff. While trying on shoes for feet that are pretty unmanageable, I had TWO staff members come and ask to help me. And, they sure did.

Rea went behind in the stockroom to get the size I needed. I was in shock.

An amazing location to shop at in Annapolis. The store offers a lot of good brands, has an amazing clearance section, and great customer service. I enjoy going to this DSW and will definitely be back to shop!

Clean store, huge selection of footwear. I can usually find what I'm looking for. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there. They have a rewards program and I enjoy receiving various values of coupons throughout the year. Sometimes when added to sale prices your savings can be pretty decent.

DSW is my go-to when I need shoes. Chances are if it's not in stock, I can order it at the store and they always ship quickly. Great variety to pick from. I've walked out with with so many pairs at a time it's embarrassing. I'm afraid to say how many in case my husband sees this! Highly recommend.

I can't believe it! I don't like shoe shopping. I needed a pair of shoes for an appointment and I ran in with only a few minutes to shop. I went straight to the clearance rack and lo and behold there was a pair of flats waiting just for me! The store is huge. Big selection. And everything was nice and neat. I'm definitely going back!

The personnel were wonderful. Huge selection. Thankful I was able to find shoes in 4E (wide). Prices were a little higher than average, however, DSW has a point system to take money off your next visit. 10/10.

Great variety of shoes available for many different uses. Reasonably priced but look for deals & sales, and you can get a quality shoe for a decent price.

Some things seem high priced. But the volume and selection is fantastic. Very non pressured and we'll informed helpful and friendly staff.
