AutoZone Auto Parts

This morning my battery died on my older Acura and I jumped it and went to the nearest auto parts store to try to replace it. I bought the platinum Duralast inside and while it was still cold, raining and windy, I inquired about who may be able to assist. Jim graciously volunteered before anyone, put on his rain gear and installed it for me with skill and precision and using tools from his personal box. His attitude and knowledge was second to none and prompted me to leave this review to pass on my heartfelt gratitude to him.

Jim and Mike saved my day today. I came in only for a fuel cap then my Accord wouldn’t start when I went to leave! I had a corroded terminal that their MANAGER diagnosed but suggested I go to a repair shop down the road- As I waited for a tow (while crying … 😅) Jim and Mike came out to comfort me and decided they could do more. They then got to work getting rid of the corrosion on my terminal and helped me replace it quickly. They insisted they were there to help and that something can always be done. A huge shoutout to my friends at autozone, thank you so much for your corroborated time and effort. It truly makes such a huge difference as I have an interview and a reunion with a dear friend to get to later today.

Taye was a huge help today. Multi-tasking, helping me with a headlight out and another customer with battery issues at the same time. He was friendly, helpful, positive, and patient - a great employee. Thanks for taking the time to help me find the bulb needed and for undertaking the difficult task of replacing it. Why in new cars starting about 5 years ago, have they made everything under the hood so difficult to get to? Thanks again, Taye!

Justin at the front counter and manager Sam were great to work with , after I called in and got incorrect information given to me justin took the time to return call me and inform me that they could assist me with the problem I was having and when I got to the store Sam the manager was prompt to assist me and make sure it was a fluid efficient process. Thanks again guys!

Kyle C was awesome! So friendly and helpful and volunteered to put on our wiper blades we purchased. Also told us about 2 different rebate offers for stuff we were already going to purchase. Total of $30 cash back! Outstanding service! Thanks Kyle!

Excellent!! In less than 5 minutes, I was in and out with a battery purchased and installed! Also very friendly and helpful! Seriously amazing considering I drove down to Carmax where I purchased my car and they couldn’t help me today because everyone had left 3 hours early. So this was a lifesaver!!

Friendly people good place to shop

I'm not in the auto parts store often, but the several times I've visited this one, I've been pleased with the service. I had a slow starting battery. They were able to test it and it still had some life in it. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that since I bought my battery there, I still had some trade in value of about $45. Didn't buy a battery this visit, but I did get a premium synthetic oil and filter on special for $30 bucks! I'll be back.

Very nice and helpful staff. Zach and Kyle went out of their way to help me get all of the right parts I need to replace the rear brakes on my 2003 F150. They are as knowledgeable as they are nice, explained my brake part options and then offering professional recommendations based on quality as well as price. Thanks guys!

I had to stop in right before closing cause my car was acting up and I thought it was going to die. Julio and Herardo were so great. They checked my battery and determined it was bad, had a replacement in stock. They were so nice too and changed it for me, because I couldn’t do it and I needed to get home. I’ve since gone back a couple times, for cleaners and windshield wipers. Once again, Julio was there and changed out the blades. He is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and really cares about the customer. I’ll definitely continue to shop at this store. I’ve interacted with a couple sales guys, the men seem to be nicer than the women. Big thank you 🙏 to Gerardo, Julio, and Jim!

Absolutely AWESOME!! I went in for oil and oil filters for both of my vehicles and brake pads for one. One of the oils was out on the shelf and an employee searched all of their back stock, only to find out the one I needed was on the display. I felt bad, but they didn't mind. Went to check out and Gerardo was helping pull items from the back, went and got my filters and made sure I had the best oil for each vehicle... WITH DISCOUNTS AND REBATES! He ended up having me over $65!! Then Gerardo helped to diagnose an ignition issue I have work my Honda Odyssey. Turns out he's a Honda guy and have me several diagnoses and pricing for each! Great team here!! Thanks to all of you!!!

Even during such trying times, stressed out and not in the best mood, I received such kind service here! The young man went above and beyond to help me diagnose my issue. He was kind, courteous, told me everything I needed to know AND gave me the exact price of what parts I'd need without asking! People like him make me want to give my business!

Had a coolant hose break an hour from home. Limped it into Auto Zone where they fixed me up with correct hose ,coolant, and clamps. On my way in 30 minutes. Thanks for the help!

I stopped by because my truck was not starting properly. Cameron helped us do some troubleshooting and told me it was a bad battery (I have two in my truck) Cameron got us the battery we needed, installed it and the truck fires right up now! I will definitely be returning to this location. Definitely impressed with the customer service Cameron gave us! Thank You!!

WOW what service love love love this place!!! So my battery dies at the grocery store without warning after a long day at work ugggh had to get help with a jump! I finally make it up to the Auto Zone location closest to home and they treated me like a queen!! :) I walked in and immediately received assistance, purchased a battery in a few minutes, and without hesitation the same employee who assisted me with the purchase (you rock Sal!!), comes out to install my battery!! He was so patient yet still had a sense of urgency, all the while so friendly and sincere. Its not every day you receive this kind of service so thank you to Sal C. and Jim for everything, you make car stuff not so awful, a million thanks!! 😊

Went to the store this morning. I wasn't sure they could help me. Boy was I wrong! Kyle was tremendously helpful. He went way beyond my expectations. Also I saved $75 from a normal $100 expense, so needless to say, I am very, very happy.
