I had an interview scheduled with Sephora for several days prior to now. I arrived today for my interview ten minutes early only to be told by management that the position I had applied for at Sephora had already been filled. No one had the decency to call or email me to let me know. I am extremely disappointed by this companies blatant disregard and lack of consideration for other people and their time. This is an extremely unprofessional company/store location to interact with.

I don’t have an account/email here nor do I want one, and every time I come in and they ask for my email, I politely decline. Every employee is extremely rude about it, especially Kira. Her demeanor completely changed and she didn’t speak to me anymore. I won’t go back again, this happens way too much.

Nobody around to wait on customers 🙄....

No customer service whatsoever.
