Publix Super Market at Plaza Ecco

Always super friendly and helpful employees, a great selection for the size of the store, having a Publix Pours has revolutionized shopping for me. I am a frequent patron and this is my favourite Orlando grocery store.

This was my first time at this specific Publix and was a little thrown off by the layout. I went to the deli to make a sub a John pulled out all the stops for me! He gave me a tour and showed me everything this Publix had to offer after listening to what I needed. I definitely recommend checking it out and showing John some love

Easy to get in and out, doesn't have everything you need but most of what you need. Staff is very nice ends store is clean

This is a newer Publix. It's a great store. The staff are friendly. My return was processed quickly and with a smile.
The store set up is great! There's a salad and olive bar. A sub shop counter. The deli and bakery. A soup bar. Even tables to eat at outside! I look forward to shopping here again! Check it out, you'll be glad you did!

Sit down drinking and eating area was exactly what I needed. Enjoyed a delicious pub sub and parfait here before a meeting. Clean, great selection, friendly staff.

Love this store…only one small complaint…
the store stopped carrying Fre red wine. When I go to Mineola, I am able to buy a variety of reds (Fre) at the Publix there. There is another Publix across from the Ecco Plaza Publix, however parking is difficult. I spoke with Evan this morning, he is going to assist me with this issue!!!

Latoya the manager today and yesterday was exceptionally amazing very charismatic and human I just want to say bless you for being so understanding with my experience yesterday and for going above and beyond it’S times like these that help me appreciate humanity and knowing people still have a kind heart ! John in the Pours Bar is the Best!
I am from California and my 1st time at a Publix, John gave me the tour of the whole store and explained it all to me.
I enjoyed a Pub Sub and a cocktail

I’ve always had great experiences at this Publix. Clean, organized, and friendly helpful staff! Shout out to John for making amazing drinks at the cafe. Keep the creativity up!

The staff were so friendly they even gave my little one a balloon, very helpful, very clean very fast deli. Everyone actually seem like they enjoyed their job there.

Needed a coffee fix desperately and was having a rough day. Headed to Publix to get a snack for my daughter before stopping at Starbucks. I was walking out saw the coffee bar and had the pleasure of having John help me. He was so nice to my daughter and I. I walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you John and thank you Publix. You need more employees like him.

Chris the bakery manager at the Publix Plaza Ecco is THE BEST!! He just saved us in a pinch for our daughter’s birthday!! He squeezed us in with less that 24 hours for an order and all with the best customer service. THANK YOU CHRIS! 😊🎂 🧁

Friday, September 1st at 8:45 pm I visited to pick up a few things (basil, asiago cheese bread, wine). Every associate I encountered was so incredibly eager to help me- it literally brings tears to my eyes to see such wonderful service from EVERY employee. Kudos to your hiring team, and kudos to your whole team. I'll be honest, I love my Target, but I've been converted. Wow! I feel crummy for not looking at name tags and being able to give personal shout outs, but honestly, it was the whole staff. Thank you!

Small but it always has what I need. The staff is friendly and the store is super clean. This location has a bar inside so you can drink while you shop if that’s your thing!

Super great customer service. I was greater by the manager Jeff and asked my name. That was amazing. Jessica in the deli made my day. If she is not the deli manager I don't know what they are doing. I wish I lived closer so I could support this location

It is a very fancy Publix. The staff are EXTREMELY nice and the manager comes out to help every time. They have a smoothie bar with beer, wine, Acadia bowls, coffee, and more. They also have a great selection of sushi with them allowing you to order a different type if they didn’t have it. Overall one of if not my BEST supermarket experience ever. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The main reason for this review is John from the Cafe & Deli. His customer service and the experience he provides customers are both OUTSTANDING! It’s always a pleasure crossing paths and having a quick conversation. My whole family enjoys this employee very much. Overall, it’s the perfect neighborhood Publix equipped with a Cafe! Smaller than usual, but mostly has what I need.

Currently a great store! As always with grocery chains the quality of the store depends on the employees, and right now they have this location running great! Always clean, quick, and organized. The deli section has a small design problem, where you may be standing at hot food or deli meats and no one will see you because of the big column.
