Amazing customer service here. Manny got me started, helping me locate paint colors and Theresa was the most helpful person I've met, maybe anywhere. I'm closer to making decisions thanks to their help!

Every time I have visited the store over the years, the staff is always more than willing to help. They are a great asset to the entire company since they really care about the customers needs. Pricing is great, especially if you have an account with them. The parking lot is very small and it’s easy to miss if you are not looking for the entrance off of Orange Avenue, but it’s well worth the stop.

I brought in a piece of drywall For a paint sample I needed to match. The paint was about 15 years old. I'm not sure that it was Sherman Williams paint to begin with. The young female (Don't recall her name) who assisted Me with the color match did an excellent job. I used the paint that evening and so far it looks like a perfect match.Hopefully I will feel that way a week or month from now. It took her a little while to carry out the match at the store but I'm very pleased with the result. She thanked me for my patience. Very satisfied with the result even with the wait. I've already mentioned my satisfaction to several tradesmen who are not painters. A big time saver for me not having to repaint the entire wall/room because of what appears to be a perfect color match. Even with the paint being 15 years old In the room it still looked great and didn't need to be completely repainted.

I went to Home Depot four times trying to find a sample of a simple gray paint I wanted to pain my bedroom. Home depot employees are so rude, never have anything, refuse to mix a sample I asked, stores are packed. Then I remembered this Sherwin Williams store on Orange Avenue. The difference in customer service, store cleanliness, availability of paint colors is night and day. They are super kind, helpful and nice. I was in and out, with everything I needed in 10 minutes. My bedroom looks awesome!

Best paint store ever. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking lot is a little small and be careful turning into it off Orange Avenue. The street is very narrow and you could miss it. The good news is there is a center turning lane to make access easier.

The employee at the counter was really nice and helped me with a coupon. I overheard one of the other employees taking to a customer and she seemed extremely knowledgeable. The building was clean and organized, and I was able to get in and out really quickly!

This is my local sherwin williams and I recommend this location great employees and always in and out great discounts if you have a account with them as well.

Such a different level of customer service! Before I meet these people I always thought Sherwin William employees are not happy at all working there! Andres was helpful!

The is probably the first Orlando Sherwin Williams store that I don't dread visiting. Quick, friendly service with never an issue or a problem. Awesome staff that are ready to help the second you walk in the door 👌
