I’m Trinidadian and I visited the store on my vacation in need of an upgrade. Not only did I get an upgrade, I got great suggestions and exceptional service. Helen’s and Bianca stayed after hours to help me setup and made sure everything worked well. Zain made great suggests and took all my follow up calls. Check them out, it’s worth it, I promise!

I went to Mobile Mobile and Jay assisted me in getting my IPHONE 13 PROMAX signed out of my icloud due to the screen not working and was able to get me taken care of in a timely manner while maintaining the upmost professionalism. 10/10 RECOMMEND & will be back again if never be for repair or sale of a mobile device.

I was a little skeptical at first but so glad I went into this store! Great store, awesome staff and customer service!! You can buy a new phone or get yours fixed and even better sell your iPhone for cash. I am so glad I sold my phone here instead of trading it in to AT&T who wanted to give me less than half of what they did. Highly recommended for all your mobile needs!!!

I went there to get quotes for a couple of things and it was reasonable prices. I had gotten my screen fixed from one phone to another. Kris was nice and kind he he got the job done. Great job you guys. I think you should check them out and give them a try😊😏.

This is my second time coming to mobile mobile. The first time it only took 30 minutes for my screen to be repaired. This time my phone was more damaged and i was still able to get it fixed. I was looking for a cellphone store to unlock my sons iPhone and I found this place Jay was very polite and professional and was able to unlock my sons iPhone 12 mini get it activated with service and he gave me a discount. Soooo my experience was amazing here jay was amazing not to mention patient I spent about 3 hours here but he worked solely with me he didn’t skip or ignore my needs he was very professional him and experienced he literally set up my other phone for me even after closing he stayed to help me finish the other guy Navarius working was very professional as well they both kept the place clean I love them

Came into mobile mobile to see Jay the store manager to get my iPhone 8 Plus charging port replaced. I was recommend by a family friend to come in and see him because he’s fast at what he does. I activated a new line of service with AT&T and the store manager Jay and I must say it took some time to get it all done but Jay was very patient with me helped me with putting my services back on my old phone even though we switched it to the new phone so that we could get all this done. Over all I am very very happy with the outcome. Jay is absolutely amazing and knows his Job extremely well.
