This management company is extremely disappointing as a whole. Not just their onsite, but their corporate as well. I have emailed and emailed and emailed with no response from corporate. I tried to have onsite do preventative maintenance on my apartment, the onsite did not answer my emails. Since they ignored my emails, my bathroom flooded. I was promised a new vanity from the damage, its been over a month since this promise was made. During this month, I havent been able to use my vanity for its purpose, leaving all my things on the floor and in boxes. No one from corporate cares enough to email or call, leasing couldnt care less. The only one that does is the maintenance crew. They are the only ones to take action, ask questions, keep communication once started, apologize continuously and try to make right. I work in property management, I have full understanding how this should be done. They have no idea how a resident and customer should be handled. Maybe one day they'll see the reviews I've given and try and make it right.
