Clothes Mentor

So, I was a plato’s closet girl. I love looking through many options and picking favs, but being as though i’m older now (27) - plato’s closet isn’t it for me anymore. Until I randomly walked into this store and y’all, YES! It’s like a Plato’s closet for WOMEN.

Customer Service: I was greeted by two ladies who were very nice. The older woman was a little off putting, but I think she just wasn’t having a great day. My message to her, remember, every single customer experience matters. The young lady Erin, who I heard was a new hire, was extremely sweet and kind she even unzipped my dress while I was trying on outfits! Overall, 9/10!

Store: Very clean, very elegant options and nice brands! I’m excited to upgrade my wardrobe to some more “grown” options instead of the 100 crop tops I have in my closet rn lol

I went in to drop off some items I no longer wanted and left out with 2 full bags of clothes! Really really great quality clothing! I wished I would of known about this place sooner. I’ll make a review about how much I get back from my items later. It’s a 72 hour process if you bring in a “box” of items.

I went into this store today after stopping by several used clothing stores in the area and being very disappointed by the apparel I had seen thus far. I was very impressed first walking up to the window because the outfits on the mannequins were very stylish. I was pleasantly surprised that they carried xl clothing bc unfortunately I have put on a few pounds and in need of a larger size for now. I can't remember her name but the young blonde sales associate was very friendly and professional and helped me pick out and match several outfits. I was very thankful and had a great experience I will definitely be back .

The store is very clean and organized. The lady behind the counter was very polite and went through my stuff quickly. She even pulled out the clothes that she couldn't take because of the brand but thought Plato's Closet would take and put them in a separate pile.
I felt like the store offers less for the clothing they purchase than other places but their policy on claims is much easier, they text you with their offer and give you 72 hours to pick up your cash and rejected items or they donate them and you still get your money as an in store credit good for one year. Most places want you back the same day which is tough if they have a lot to go through and you're busy. Overall, I had a good experience and my daughter bought some workout clothes while we were there Plato's Closet took everything she suggested that I take over there too! I'll definitely be back.

Clothes mentor is a great place for your daily shopping. They offer you all the latest trends and items in affordable prices. What I like most about Clothes Mentor is that they can custom fit to my needs and budget, making it easier for me to find clothes that suit my style for any occasion!

I just discovered this place after being in Fayetteville for 2 years and all I can say is I wish I found it sooner! Everything is extremely organized, and I found some of the cutest pieces in my closet. Not to mention the owner is absolutely amazing and so helpful! All of my fellow thrifters, do not miss out on going here!

I visited clothes Mentor last Friday, found new pair of sandales ( I want my spring wardrobe ready ). I still can't believe that I found designer sandals for cheap! Will be going there again, recommend!

It's a great shopping experience. The Store Manager is really helpful and pleasant. You can find some good stuff here, including designer brands, and then you find stuff that's in good condition, but a little outdated. There's something for everyone.

I love this place. My only regret is not discovering this place sooner. I wish I could remember the lady’s name that worked the day I went, but she was awesome. I think it was Jane. Would recommend. They had some great deals.

Love the new location off yadking road! Its nice to have platos closet and clothes mentor in the same location. Plenty to choose from, decent prices, and clothes mentor carries larger sizes too.

I don't know how I could have ever shopped at big box stores again after finding Clothes Mentor. They have everything from office wear to lounge wear and at great prices!

I can only speak as a shopper. The store was very organized. Lots of selection in all sizes. Medium prices. Very nice dressing rooms too. Lots of nice shoes. I will return.

This thrift shop is my one stop shop for all my clothing needs! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great deals on designer clothes, shoes and accessories.
